For omakase courses is important to tell customers today we got how many course or food.
Why I give the food 3 star is because I the freshness of the fish is not the expectation for omakase. And also for the all the different raw food sushi should come with different chef specialties sauce but what i see is most of the raw food sushi chef put the same sauce.
And for omakase experience should give customers more explanation like what kinds of fish or the food you made or serve. Not just by showing us the book in a second and tell us that is the fish you eat and I think the chef need to talk and explain this kind of fish is now you eating is from which part of Japan or any other country or more interactions with customers, Not only telling us this come from Japan that come from Japan lol 😂 .As we don’t know what we need to do?
As a customer we feel a bit occur like the environment very quiet the chef do his own job and give us eat and finish then go home. 1st time I eat omakase finish including my dessert birthday cake in one hour 😅😅.
