All the dishes are well-prepared, fresh, and have distinct, clean flavours. The fresh herbs were quite hard to chew though. :/

I didn’t enjoy the three-layer ice drink. All the ingredients were on the hard or frozen side — maybe too much crushed ice? The overall taste was quite bland. Even after I finished all the dishes, the crushed ice still hadn’t melted, and all the ingredients were wasted in the cup. I believe if they used shaved ice, it might be better and...

Just open today 1 Jan 2025, and I came and tried. Vietnamese chef, so you can be sure the taste is very authentic. Actually this is the exact way of serving Pho, and they did it right. All the items must display out and we put it in by ourselves. Portions are big and they gave it generously. Brisket, raw slices, tendon, basil, sprout etc. the best part is served with hot stone bowl, at the last sip of soup, the soup still hot.
