OLDTOWN White Coffee @ Medan Ipoh — Restaurant in Perak

Went there for lunch, I tried to order via QR code but the page keep loading so I ask the staff whether the order is received in their system. The staff checked and say no, then she offer to order for me. I told her the food code and food i want to order. I wanted for 20minutes but no food is served, only a cup of soya she ordered verbally from the beverage staff. I checked with their supervisor or PIC then he told me no order is put!!! I have waited for 20minutes there for a plate of nasi lemak and curry chicken. What If I did not approach and enquire, I will miss my lunch time (working day) and will no have my lunch and left empty stomach. In the end I only get nasi lemak without curry chicken as the PIC said I already ordered a drink ☹️ ala carte will not count as set. The set actually does include the soya drink which I can choose from the QR scan earlier on. I hope Oldtown can look into your customer service seriously. I will never go this outlet again. Very...

Great place to get white coffee.

Standard OldTown restaurant. Serve a mixture of mainly Chinese dishes, and few here and there Malay and Western dishes. Annnnd you get coffee here! That why it's named such. Coffee. You get it? Never mind.

About this outlet; The Good:

1. Quite spacious dining area.
2. Got air-conditioned and non air-conditioned dining area.
3. Three clean toilet, and clean hand wash sinks.
4. Got WiFi, but need password from the waiters to access it because they change it everyday.
5. Got a specific shelf for other OldTown products such as premix coffee satchet, etc. for customers to view, or buy.

The Bad:

1. The service is really slow in busy time, I mean really slow; I had to wait once around 20 minutes just to get my drink, not food.
2. Road access is pretty limited and deep...

Went in old town coffee shop & feel the cooling atmosphere.The place is cozy & comfortable to enjoy delicious food with.We've ordered the dry chili 🌶️ pan mee set + a toast with 2 scoop of ice-cream + hot soy milk.
