Usually a regular customer here but today I encountered the most irresponsible cashier working around 3:30 pm. Basically, I ordered a MATCHA latte but she gave me an ice latte instead. When I confronted her, she takes no responsibility in her work as she was the one who made a mistake in LISTENING to my order and keying into the system. Not making a fuss over a drink but it's the attitude that she give and asking me to reorder myself if I wanted when it's her mistake to begin with. Please take action lol. Such a scam. I ordered matcha red bean latte, had my first sip and I immediately can taste the 3 in 1 aikcheong powder that you can bought from supermarket. They charged me Rm 16 for this. Oh not to mentioned THEY CHARGED You FOR ICE?!?!? Goddamn the economy.

How absurd. No wonder the whole making process is so darn fast like they don’t even need to whisk the matcha powder. Periodt ugh.

Got a matcha latte that tasted like a little matcha with lots of water and a little milk. (Main point here being that it tastes like the main ingredient is water and not the matcha) Side note since I didn't write my review properly. I also had a black coffee which tasted like they watered down the coffee or reused their beans. Not saying they did, but it tasted just like that. Also, instead of asking me to refrain from making false claims, and trying to make me, your customer seem stupid maybe you should focus on learning to deal with customers who do not like the taste of your drinks.
