I’m originally from Bangkok, so my expectations for Thai food might differ from local preferences. I visited this restaurant after seeing great reviews and photos online, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to the hype.

Service: Excellent, no complaints here—staff were friendly and attentive.

Food: The dishes we tried were edible and servings were generous but they lacked the depth, fragrance, and authenticity I was hoping for.

Thai Milk Tea: This was disappointing—too sweet, diluted, and didn’t have the rich tea flavor I expected. It tasted more like watered-down tea that had been sitting around for a while. No tea fragrance, not creamy too.

Creamy Tom Yum Soup: The best dish of the meal, but still only okay. The soup was creamy and spicy and sour but lacked the umami, tanginess, and sweetness that makes tom yum special. The chicken pieces were chunky but didn’t add much flavor.

Krapow Chicken: The ingredients were correct—no unnecessary vegetables like carrots or beans—but the dish was one-dimensional. It tasted mostly of soy or oyster sauce, with no real basil flavor or depth. Can't smell ant basil at all too.

Red Ruby: Unfortunately, this was a letdown. The texture was off—starchy and not crunchy, with a lumpy consistency. It either wasn’t made fresh or wasn’t prepared correctly. Fnished it just because we didn't wanna waste food.. but if I was alone.. I would have just left it there.

Overall: While the price is reasonable, the food didn’t meet my expectations for authentic Thai cuisine. If you’re in the area and not too particular, it might be worth a try, but I wouldn’t recommend it you need to make an effort to travel or if you are expecting a super...

I had lunch in this restaurant with my family 2 weekends ago. It is a newly opened gem in Damansara Uptown, and i had a delightful experience.

Ambience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaurant features a minimalistic decor, creating a relaxing and clean ambience. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a meal without the usual crowd, and the good lighting adds to the pleasant atmosphere.

Food & Beverage: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The menu offers a good choice of food and beverages, with dishes served fresh and flavorful. Should also serve certain food with a warmer ie. Tom yum soup and steam fish. While the portions are on the smaller side, the reasonable prices make it a great value for money. They have options of Lunch Sets on weekdays for the working crowd around this area.

Staff & Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit.

One downside is the parking, which can be quite challenging in this area. However, this restaurant is definitely worth the effort. I would recommend this rest to run some promotions to attract more patrons and increase awareness of this wonderful addition to the dining scene.
