Great Taiwanese milk tea - shop is a green coloured house next to the road, slow down in advance to be safe.

The shop is open till 2am (yes you read that right!)

Ordered traditional black milk tea - very nice, not too sweet and the tea blend is very smooth (in my eyes better than Chagee)

One of the best milk tea’s I’ve tried and the price is very affordable. Taste is very smooth and as usual, you can adjust sugar and ice levels (you can even ask for chilled with no ice)

Owner is very friendly and even gave us a few samples to try before ordering and keep offering us to try even though we made our choice (to let us try for future orders)

Price was also with 20% discount if you order in store (as opposed to website QR or Grab - for obvious reasons)

I first found out about this place when it was at the shoplot but didn't have chance to try. Last Friday, I was craving for bubble tea after Korean bbq so I drove to the shoplot but they had moved. I called and managed to order.

The owner was kind and friendly. Price is a little more expensive than local franchise but the tea fragrance is extremely nice. No normal ice cubes which would dilute the drink after they melted. I'm not good in explaining but I think the flakey ice is made of frozen milk tea. The bubble doesn't get hard too, unlike t**.

This shop will be on my bubble tea list for a long time. :)

Oh and I just placed another order on Grab few minutes ago.

Have been ordering from the lady boss since 2 years ago, top favourite is OAT MILK TEA and YOGHURT BURSTING BALL MILK TEA.

The milk tea is really nice, smooth and milky. I believe the milk tea was pre-chilled before serving, and further chilled with flakey ice. So it doesn't melt and get diluted like a typical milk tea out there.

I've altered the sweetness level a few times, and has finally settled with 25% which I believe to be just about the right sweetness level for a Malaysian (though could still be a little too sweet if you're someone whos used to REALLY sugarless drinks, they do have 0%, but have not gone there just yet).
