There is nothing to comment, the efficiently running a store has gone in the management , would like to state . Their rapper is so think it tears by it self , ramli burger rapper is much thicker then yours . Should be shame on it !, yes is better then mac D but , you all lost it big time because I still remember those glory days when burger King in kLCC you were doing so well after that it is dwindling down the drain as far I am.concerns in service , rolling out fresh food , quality is out , price is high a bit . Why can't you all in these difficult time bring down slightly lower the price of the food to show appreciations?, why is that all times must be profits is it ?. Size in food has reduced a lot . I been going to burger King lost count from.the start . I do see in my eyes the size dropping according to time.. so management think seriously? Bring back the glory days ! If not you my die off like others...

Air-conditioning broken, not one but all. Apparently due to corporate lack of maintenance plan. Eating while sweating.

Staff is racist. Very apparent. I sit right beside counter and the way they treat Malay customer and Chinese customer is very very different.

Indoor is filled with flies.

Menu jumped too fast. Can't even read the content properly.

Food preparation is slow. I'm okay with waiting but just slow, and don't categorize them as a fast food please.

So many small details that I don't even know how to write it all out. I just wanna finish my food and leave asap.

Food Tray is bended for some reason, seems old and not sturdy. Tv that showd the order number is not working properly, causing customers to be confused if the food is done or not. Workers only call numbers 1-2 times with low voice, can't hear her at all. Worker also can't speak proper English & not even proper Malay. She don't understand the offer that the shop is running, sound also very soft that I can bearly understand her, and the attitude is not as positive too. Luckily manager saw and come to help.
