One of the worst service restaurant I have ever been, we called in advance to ensure our booking for dinner today 21/10 & since we are celebrating one of our friend's bday, we checked if we bring our own Birthday cake is there any issue, the guy told us no issue & no additional charge after having checked with the Manager. When we arrived at the restaurant, Anna-the person who greeted us at the door told us we need to buy at least 1-2 cakes from their restaurant, otherwise we are not allowed to bring our birthday cake into the restaurant. I told Anna that we had already reconfirmed our booking prior to our arrival & also asked about the birthday cake earlier & was informed no issues abt it. Then Anna gave a reason stating the staff who took our call maybe new & there is miscommunication there & she still insist on her way. I told her if the staff is new & miscommunication happened, it would Not be the fault of the customer but the fault of the Manager & the trainer. Then Anna told me, if we don't order their cake, she will leave our birthday cake that we brought to the restaurant at our table & unable to use their fridge & we can take our cake after dinner. This is the most ridiculous reply & terrible service I have ever encountered in my life for a restaurant of this standard. So,I told Anna to get the Mgr in charge to talk to me or she can check with the Mgr & revert. After that she came back to me & said we are allowed to have our cake at the restaurant without having to order their cakes. The part that really piss me off was when she told us that if we don't order their cakes, she will just leave our cake at the table till after Dinner, even though I have told her that when we made the booking, no one inform us about such policy. Moreover, when we reconfirm the booking earlier, the guy told us that we can bring our birthday cake with no additional charge! The service in the restaurant is also very slow, we have to keep asking the waiter to fill up our water cup although it's been empty for awhile. When we requested for extra empty bowls of soup since we are sharing several mushroom soup, he brought the bowls without the spoons. Then we had to wait for the spoons to come by which time, the soup was already cold! Food is just on average only, pricey & nothing to shout about! For such pricing, I would have expected a much better service and food and a more pleasant dining experience! In addition, the parking fee there is quite...
Read moreMy recent visit to this restaurant was a letdown, despite high expectations. Here are the issues that significantly marred my experience.
Firstly, the parking situation was a disaster. The restaurant failed to provide adequate parking for its patrons, leading us to scramble for alternatives. We ended up parking in muddy, unpaved areas, causing us to worry about getting our car stuck. The lack of well-maintained and easily accessible parking was quite disheartening.
On entering the restaurant, we were left to our own devices, with no staff to guide us. This resulted in confusion and negatively impacted the level of hospitality we expected. Restaurants should make guests feel welcomed and provide clear guidance upon arrival - an area this establishment needs to work on.
As for the food, it was nothing short of disappointing. The Margherita pizza, typically a fan favorite, was served to us cold and overly charred. The charring was so intense that it masked all other flavors, rendering the pizza almost inedible. Given the restaurant's high-end pricing, a poorly executed pizza was a surprising letdown.
The Angus beef burger was another disappointment. The patty was hard and devoid of flavor, rather than the juicy, tasty burger I'd expected. It's disheartening to encounter such lackluster food at a place that prides itself on its culinary offerings.
The last straw was the latte I ordered. It was bland, lacking the flavors and complexity that should accompany its premium price. Instead of a delightful coffee experience, I was left unsatisfied.
In sum, my visit to this restaurant was underwhelming. Problems ranging from poor parking facilities to a lack of guidance upon arrival, and most importantly, substandard food quality, led to a far from enjoyable dining experience. Considering the reputation and pricing of the restaurant, these shortcomings are both surprising and disappointing. I'd advise considering other dining options that offer better value for your money and a superior...

Brought some guests with plans to have good dinner here because I had personally enjoyed my last visit here. I was appalled when I was told their had sold out their last piece of steak a few days ago! How can that be, FF&S? Certain types of pizza was not available as well that night. I really wanted to leave without ordering but for the sake of my guests, who had traveled a long distance, we stayed put and settled for some other food.
At the end of the meal, we requested for toothpicks a few times from the same waiter. It never came, even though I clearly saw some toothpicks at his back pocket. For the records, it was not very crowded.
OK FF&S. Adios to you.
Great place to catch up with friends. It's a popular place so it's safer to make an advanced reservation if you don't feel like queueing up and waiting.
You won't get a menu for each person because you will be given a QR code to view the menu, and order.
We had to wait 25 mins for food to be served. Pasta, pizza, burger & sandwiches are all delicious and given the thumbs up.
But our experience was marred by the poor service. The place was crowded during peak lunch hour and it was difficult to get the attention of the servers. When they do approach the table, our requests were heard but not acted on. Even making requests to the manager/supervisor didn't work. And that happened so many times that we decided to just do a bit of self-service like getting the water jug to refill our glasses, walking to the barista to refill hot water for tea, and getting clean spoons for...
