There are many types of disabled, and I am one of them, an OKU but looked like normal, seeing the free meal promotion banner hung in front for all OKU in conjunction with their 16yrs anniversary celebration, so i went in, at first i reluctant to eat for free hence i ordered one portion to be taken away for wife and paid cash, then i asked for my portion for free, the lady in counter looked like didn't believe that i m oku even i did show my oku card from wallet, she insisted to check my oku card in case if i cheated her rm7 noodles, heartbroken...so i gave her to hold and view very clearly my disabled card, then I sat down for free lunch which I thought, after finished my lunch i went to collect my take away which i have already paid for my wife, however i was told that what i had just ate there was the bill?! I didn't get it so i asked again, she double confirmed again that what i paid for taking away was used for paying my lunch eaten there, i couldn't get it but she insisted that i have just ate and paid for my lunch, no free even banner written free for all OKU, i don't want to argue with them cause not that i couldn't pay but just don't want to take advantage from people at first and paid for taking away prior to sit for my lunch, but it seems that the lady was taking advantage on me even OKU too!!! Heartbroken again.... I walked away quietly and slowly, took my car away but i decided to go back to request them to keep away the misleading free meal banner for all OKU and i told them not because i couldn't pay but you're confusing me, then she replied what i ordered and paid was for taking away at first however when i asked to dine in for free so she has to charge me since my order was written take away but sat for meal afterwards, does it make sense? If you're charging me an OKU for dine in then you shouldn't hang the banner free for all OKU, if you accept me as OKU that can dine in for free then you should either pack me the take away or refund me but not until i requested them to take down the banner!!! It seems that they're not sincerely in treating underprivileged group and selective cum discriminative on each disabled...What a joke! I will never ever visiting this restaurant again, and hoping all OKUs out there keeping your heart well by not going there for free foods unless you wanted to be fooled around and bullied.

First, i paid for take away, Second, i shown u my oku card for free dine in. Why did u charge me for dine in? Please don't tell me that you don't know how to do and want me to teach you. Just look into the problem why u charged me for dine in when u knew i am oku? Answer this right to the point and please don't try to mix up the scenario and find way to escape.

Warmly (both the atmosphere and the great taste) of the Ipoh Hor Fun in Petaling Jaya. I wish I have discovered this place long ago.

👍🏼

  1. The taste of the Dried Version of Hor Fun (ideally, consider ordering the noodle without the meat etc) is superbly out of this world. The sauce is well mixed enough to cause one to keep taking more in. Without realizing in a short period of time, the noodle runs out.

  2. Sauce consists of caramelized taste of the thick soya sauce is mixed to the perfection. To confirm such curiosity in terms of the consistency, we ordered another bowl, it tastes as good as the first one we had.

  3. The porched chicken comes with not too salty sauce. Unlike most other places, one could not help but tastes a lot of soya sauce. Here, I believe the team has added soup or water to reduce the saltiness.

  4. Prompt services, although as some reviewers in the west would described this place as 'Flies Eateries'. Yes, there are flies around.

  5. Reasonable prices.

👎🏼 6) The fish balls, kind of averagely taste.

  1. Similarly, the bean sprout, tasted good, but not great. The texture some how, just not as springy as the round, short and fat bean sprout...

This is an old established coffee shop operating in Section 17 of Petaling Jaya.

The shop serves Steamed Chicken, Blanched Bean Sprouts, Fish Balls and Noodles. Their Noodles set is served with Fish Ball, Pork Ball and Pork Slices Soup. The Steamed Chicken is nice. Blanched Bean Sprouts goes well with the Steamed Chicken and Hor Fun Set.

The usual coffee shop drinks are served here. The local coffee is nice too.

Prices are reasonable. Cash and e-wallet payments are accepted here.

Cleanliness is acceptable.

Service is fast and efficient.

Parkings are roadside parkings. Usually getting a parking lot is not difficult.

Handicapped patrons on wheelchairs can patronize this coffee shop easily.

07-09-2023 : Business is operating without any restrictions. Business crowds is close to pre Covid-19 level.

17-11-2024 : Business as good as before. Still a good place to enjoy fantastic Ho Fun and Steamed Chicken with Bean Sprouts. Prices still...

Yes, there are flies around. 5) Reasonable prices. 👎🏼 6) The fish balls, kind of averagely taste. 7) Similarly, the bean sprout, tasted good, but not great. The texture some how, just not as springy as the round, short and fat bean sprout available in Ipoh.

Prices still competitive.
