Nice ambiance, cool decor. nice food! Bringing the authentic Southern State of Bavaria, Germany & into Malaysia cuisines front. One of its kind. It's owned by a Bavarian native who resides in Malaysia, with a menu crafted by a veteran chef from Austria, which borders Bavaria. The recipes are thus specific to the cherished, time-honored classics that cut a swath from Bayreuth through Salzburg to Prague. Pork knuckles and pork ribs, each served in various preparations with different glazes and sauces. We'd also return for platters of sauerbraten, the German beef pot roast, and roast chicken. It's not quite complete without savoring some sausages. Of course, that would mean, one needs to make another trip back. If it resonates with you. My other half spent 3 years in Germany back in the days. He definitely enjoy having some memories to revisit, without having to go to Germany. It's worth checking it out. Once again - Food are good. Nice atmosphere. Lots of beers and food to choose from. I would rate this a 4 1/2 stars...

During our visit we only had 1 attentive service staff and that was a young lady staff who seemed eager to serve with a smile and was helpful.
The 2 male staff who were on duty could be seen sitting down and having a chat at times and were not alert to patrons request for attention.
The beers were fresh, crisp and served well as can be seen in the attached picture.
The food was on the saltier side, everything was salty be it the sauce, the fries or the pork knuckle.
We requested for mushroom sauce. However we were served mushroup soup which we were not keen to dive into. Yet we were charged in full for the soup, a mistake committed by the restaurant.
Pricing is premium and therefore better service...
Read moreThere seem to be glowing reviews of the German dishes. This is a review for the breakfast, which needs to be improved.
Shaksuka was way salty, although the chorizo sausage in it was OK. Too little tomato. A bit of cheese would elevate. "Volcano" - basically eggs in a bacon roll, with a side of grilled button mushroom and lettuce - only a little step up from kopitiam style. The sliced bread seem to be of mediocre quality. Wasn't toasted too. Better examples of these dishes can be found at Coffee Stain, Breadfruits or Antipodean for around the same price.
Can't use the word "generous" in the portioning, for RM23++ each. "Early Hour" Carlsbg pint is RM23++. Also, half the time, one of the waitstaff had face mask off, on chin when talking...
