An honest review: Waiting for the food took ages. So slow! I ordered at 7:46pm and after an hour later, I still haven't gotten my food. what kind of service is this? They prioritise the online orders more than dine-in customers. That would've been fine if they managed it properly and didn't hold up the waiting line. The management here sucks. I got my food at 8:51pm. They did not cater to my request to separate the sambal from the chicken. (even though the cashier said they would. I can't handle spice very well, only in small amounts.) The chicken was slightly burnt. Tasted fine, mediocre at best. Not worth waiting an hour for. There are other customers still waiting for their food even after I finished eating. The sink was really wet and grimy , the same goes for the floor in front of it and some of the tables were full of used plates and cups. (to be fair, it's a self-serve restaurant but come on! you can't even wipe the tables down sometimes?) The drinks tastes diluted and watered down. Except the blue one, that one tastes fine to me. (although a bit too sweet and kinda tastes like ubat batuk.) pros: The cashier was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was fine too.. I guess? Could've been better. Okay, in conclusion.. aku tak recommend. menyesal gila tak pergi kedai mamak je tadi. masa itu emas wei, jangan bazir masa customer kau. aku masuk kedai dgn harapan tinggi nak makan ayam gepuk tapi kena let down. daripada perut lapar terus masuk angin sbb lama menunggu. your restaurant is not delicious enough to warrant waiting longer than 30 minutes bro so disappointing!

Original vs Crispy? Original is better. Crispy is charred and hard to eat. So pick original. Kubis Goreng? Not so delicious, feel like you eat fried tissue. Tempe? Also not so delicious, charred and bitter. Tauhu? So-so, soft and yummy but they fry it normally, not with chicken oil. Service: Very slow. Had to wait for like more than 20 minutes because they had 2 to 3 food applications (foodpanda, grabfood and shopeefood). Food: Not so spicy and not so delicious compared to other Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus. So not recommended. Drinks: A lot of choices to pick (mix berries, honey dew, strawberry, etc.) and they are delicious and refreshing. Environment: Oily smell, but has good air-cond flow. Keep it cool~~

The outlet has bad ventilation. Whoever goes inside will come out smelling like fried chicken. It will stick to your clothing. Service is very slow. Went there twice on the same day during different peak hours and had to wait for more than an hour to queue and wait for the food to be ready. Staff will say that the queue is due to orders from Grab & Foodpanda. Common sense dictate that you should have prioritize walk in customer during peak hours. Could have easily stop the online order from coming in. Been here for a few other times and it's just the same.

Dear owner. Saya dah baca kesemua review kedai anda. Tidakkah ada perasan belas kasihan anda pada customer? What happen to your air-conditioning actually? Is it because ur staff controlling it or is it sememang nya rosak? Do something. Kita pergi restaurant untuk taste your food. And expect a good environment tho. But lain yang kami dapat. Review is to help your business run well. Seriously you did nothing on the reviewing? Really upset on u as a business owner. Just please fix it. Your staff also not being train as a friendly staff. At least be polite. Don't be a poker face at all. It's about food. When u sells food supposedly you already know there's fussy customer. It's not because they are being fussy but they actually can't eat that part. Do respect. Above million buyers, I know there's only certain je yang fussy about food especially chicken parts. Thank you and please consider. I'm very looking...

AYAM GEPUK PAK GEMBUS PUTRAJAYA: A BIG LETDOWN

The service was really poor. Only one kiosk machine was open despite the long queue, which already made the process slow and frustrating.

It got worse when we found out dine-in wasn’t allowed after 12pm on Friday due to prayers, but there was no notice at all. We thought the kiosk was faulty. When we asked for help, the staff lazily said, “You can’t dine in anymore because it’s after 12. They want to take their break,” and didn’t bother assisting us further.

I understand male staff need to attend Friday prayers, but there were still female staff working. So why stop dine-in completely during peak lunch hours? Other restaurants stay open, so this just doesn’t make sense.

Overall, the whole experience was disappointing, with poor service and rude staff attitude. Definitely not a place I would ever return to that place anymore.....
