This is my second visit to this restaurant, and I have a bad experience today.
We have 4 people dine in today but only 1 set of menu is given, even though not many customers at that time.
When the waiter came to take the order, I pointed the picture, mentioned the number and the name of the food (lamb burger) that I wanted to order. Unfortunately the food arrive wasnât the food that I ordered, it was a chicken chop burger. I told the waiter that I ordered lamb burger, then they took the food away. After a while, a waiter came and send us the checklist of our order, I realised that they cancelled the chicken chop burger. Then I was thinking, will they replaced with the lamb burger that I ordered? And we also realised that the cheesy wedges that we ordered also didnât listed in the checklist. My friend went and ask one of the waiter, and reminded her again that our order is lamb burger. A moment later, a waiter came again and reconfirmed with me about my order. I told her is not chicken chop burger, is lamb burger. A moment later, another waiter (look like leader of the waiters) came to our table, and asked which 1 is my order exactly. Then he said, I make a wrong order for 2 times and I have to pay for the foods that I ordered wrongly. Walao, is I order wrongly or the waiter took a wrong order?
When my friend go to the counter and wanted to pay the bill, the cashier told him is about 100++, but my friend ask her to show him the receipt. The cashier quickly go and ask the âleaderâ, then he said no extra charges for the wrong orders, but is Written âcancelledâin the receipt for the foods that ordered wrongly 2 times.    Read moreWent here to tapao for dinner today. Arrived around 745pm and out from the kedai almost around 9pm. Upon arrival , the waiteress went to our table to take orders and then went back to the cashier to âpunch inâ the order. And please bare in mind, we ARRIVED at the restaurant around 745-ish.
Upon waiting the waitress then went to our table to send the âreceipt orderâ of food that we order for tapao and in the receipt our order was punched around 820PM. Im also working in FNB industry, and as far as i can see the restaurant arenât busy with customers/grab order at that time, why i said that because the waitress have a time to chit chat amongst themselves rather that directly clearing up the guests table (who have already finished their meal).
If they have the time to chit chat, they also shud have time to tell their customers that the tapao order needed time to prepare, but no. When my husband asking nicely to the waitress nearby, the waitress have the gut to roll her eyes. I repeat âRolled Her Eyesâ.
Makanan lambat kena inform kami boleh terima, tapi ini sudah la lambat org service act begitu lagi, tidak professional betul! And from what i can see, dorang memilih orang utk dorang serve ya. Kalau pakaian kamu buruk2 jangan la datang sana, kompom order kamu akan kena siap paling last, org yang datang selepas kami deluan lagi sampai makanan siap order tapao baru lagi. Kami yg mau tapao saja perlu tunggu 1jmđ«

   Read moreIt was a good evening that we decided to stop by at this place. To spend a good quality time with my family to have a good and simple dinner. Omg we were wrong. I had better burgers in burger street side venders. Although they're patties are prepared home-made, Ramly burger patties are much better considering these burgers were prepared. French fries were smothered with tones of sauce which complimented the taste of the burger. The chicken wings looks and taste like it came from next door.The waitresses and chefs were playing around and singing despite having customers in the "restaurant?" Talk about hygiene HAH plastic plates really? Finger prints with sauce all around the rim of the plate? Are you proud of the way you serve the dish? Hmm....... Maybe not. What do you expect for rm9 can't blame you for that. Guess my expectations were too high. Could have gotten a burger for less around the corner with Char Kway Teow and grill Buntut and be really satisfied with the presentation and quality despite what we paid for. Not to mention, we could have thicker Sirloin "steaks?" Not slippers. Sorry to be mean but don't call them steaks, better call them slice beef.
