Burger King Plaza Merdeka — Restaurant in Sarawak

Mind you this only a review on my experience today(3/9/21), it is not a review on the food.

Today i witnessed a very disappointing behavior by the staff at the counter. This particular elderly woman was struggling to order a burger, but the cashier was extremely rude & spoke with a very despicable tone. When it was my turn, I pulled out my card to pay on the first time it was declined, she rolled her eyes at me and didnt even insist me to try again but instead just told me "it didn't get through." If takda beef burger, I think possible to turn off the TV that shows the beef burger or simply put sticker not available? Katanya fast food, tapi I waited 20mins+ for my food.
