Respect and be nice to your customers. No customers no business. With no disrespect, I think this outlet needs extra staff. Reason :Went here today. Not busy just a staff at front counter busy with her work. I walked up to counter to get her attention as no other staff around. When I wanted to order politely, she explained with sour face and stern voice that I SHOULD sit and order as if it's my first time around any secret recipe outlet which I don't mind but she could be more polite and nice. Anyway I think that's the issue not having enough staff as you could face one with a bad morning All the best in your business whoever the management is. Just worst. I order mee mamak seafood, the serve it big and beautiful, but it’s tasteless, worse. And i ask sweet soy sauce but they didn’t have it. And Then she gave me tomato sauce. I expecting seafood taste or more rich taste in my nooddle. But i can not taste anything. And i tried my chicken curry puff. But it sluggish. They put it in microwave, not put it in the oven. That’s why it’s not crunchy. Better look another restaurant, because in this lower ground area, it’s so noisy, because the plaza doing some works, i don’t know exactly, but it’s very disturbing. I've been here twice (my mistake, I know), but this branch seems to never improve:

Foods took 30-40 mins to be served (the first time I went, it was non-holiday season). At the least, please serve drinks first. The staffs would rather 'kemas²' cake boxes 😒 Your order might come later than other people's food that ordered after you. Disappointing as it is, there's only our group & one other person in the restaurant at the time; then 15 mins after us, another group came and their food came completely earlier than ours.

Other than those two problems, I think the food tastes are on par with...
