Kolo Mee Red — Restaurant in Sarawak

Our 1st Red Kolo mee in Kuching after arrival in town Open Air Market in the evening. It was tasty, noodles were chewy and fresh, a bit oily, sweet and savoury. Left with a bit of thirst after meal. Eating area is windy and well ventilated. Left this review 2 days after we have tried 4 other Kolo mee stalls (Rooyi's red/white, Annie's red/white, 阳春台food court, Green Hill Corner's red) around town. A very traditional sarawak kolo mee in town. You may visit this stall due to the friendly auntie uncle (who greet me happy lunar new year when I approach and when I was about depart from the stall) but not the famous sio bee stall (staff behaved bad). We went for supper. It was crowded even though it was drizzling. The queue for the famous kolo mee was long, but we got our noodles in about 20 minutes after. The noodles are springy, and QQ (idk how to describe better than using the mandarin word of the best mouthful feel) to chew. The sauce likening depends on person to person.
