ME AND MY FRIENDS COME OVER TO TAKE AWAY AT THIS MC D's PLAZA MERDEKA OUTLET AND THEN YES WE GOT OUR PACKAGE THEN WE GO HOME. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT HOME YOU'LL KNOW WHAT HAPPENED? ONE OF OUR ORDER WAS NOT INSIDE OUR TAKE AWAY PACKAGING AND WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS OUTLET STAFF IT WASN'T HAPPENED ONCE, IT'S ALSO HAPPENED BEFORE WHICH IS WE WERE JUST FINE WITH IT CAUSE WE KNOW THEY LACKS OF STAFF, BUT TODAY IS AN UNFORGIVEN CAUSE HELLOOO? 1 SET FRENCH FRIES COST ME RM14+ AND IT'S WAS MEDIUM SIZE. I ordered here the first time in March 2024, I was very happy with the size of the serving but after that it's just as bad as the ones served in KFC Plaza Merdeka. Smaller chicken, you can taste the used cooking oil they never change from the smell of it, the drinks are bland and smaller, the apple pies are burnt and crusty, also the fries are dry. I don't have the pictures, if I ever recover the photos I'll share here immediately. Not worth my money. I’m an avid fan of McDonald but I would say tht plaza merdeka’s mcd always met my disappointment every time I visit. Customers service is the worst! I use table service once and they kinda throw the tray onto the table. The staffs at the back also unnecessarily noisy the whole time when I was there, it was not a good experience. Not to mentioned , the person at the counter don’t even smile n make a sour face when I was paying . The cleanliness of the dining place also quite questionable n a bit smelly I would say.
