SCR Xpress (Merdeka Plaza) — Restaurant in Sarawak

1st time dining in here..food was ok..sadly steamed n roasted were unavailable..ordered nasi goreng ayam...the rice was a little over spicy but overrall was ok..the butter milk chicken rice was ok too just the sayur daun look dirty didnt wash and was not fresh..has black spots everywhere..my drink candy corn was ok..just the mango drink was too sweet...maybe can be improved..thats ok...there is 1st time for...

Staffs are not friendly. Went there to order a takeaway, till one of the staff who i believe is the supervisor talk to me to say takeaway is not available due to peak hour. I would understand if he explained to me respectfully but instead he raised his voice in front of other customers and i see this as very rude. I hope the management take some action on this matter....

aku makan kat sia order mkanan/aek mcm biasa, then aek aku slh hantar. aku order 3 layer tea cincau, yang sampai 3 layer tea jak. xda la mok perpanjangkan hal. so aku minum, kiranya just tuka la dekat counter time mok bayar. so masa mok bayar aku gi kat counter mcm biasa, ku pdh 'aek kmk slh hntr, kmk order aek tok, tp yg smpe aek tok' then cashier ya pun mdh ngn manager yg sidaknya tersilap hantar aek, manager ya boleh pdh 'silap customer la mun camya' then cashier ya tnyk, mybe gik baru so paham la kita 'cancel la tok? void ka?', 'void dolok, baruk key-in order baru. mok di antar skolah baru ko tok. void dgn cancel ko xtauk. void ngn cancel ya nak ka sama' manager ya jawab dgn cara yg agak biadap depan customer. dengan xda sorry nya sbb sidak ya yg slh hantar aek, pasya dgn muka selamba gik salahkan customer sbb slh aek. boleh jak aku mintak tambah cincau dlm aek ya, tapi aku pilih untuk xmok tambah, and tukar aek jak time payment. tapi xpayah la ko biadap gilak camya. jadi manager mulut biar beradab oi. jgn sukati ko jak molah scr ya mcm bapak...
