Zero O'Clock Cafe — Restaurant in Sarawak

Been there in a group of five in the evening. I would recommend the combo platter especially for the fried sweet potato and fried onion. Thumbs up for the milk foam avocado smoothie and the premium matcha cheesecake as well. The price is consider cheaper a bit compare with other cafe... But still we all know that cafe 's menu is always pricey.

The cheesy ramyeoun with chicken luncheon is super salty maybe because it is nearly dried out which means not much soup. Even after I added a cup of sky juice it still taste salty. Is it because of the cheese ? Wow, it is super salty. I would say NoNo choice for you.

The cafe has provided with a jug of sky juice with a few lemon slices, provided the glasses is just a few. Maybe because there is much more customer in this weekend night ? So there is no more glasses? A little commend on the jug as well. I don't know maybe it is the nature of the jug or the opening of jug problem... The water flows super slow... Super super slow...

It seems a lots of people leave a good review on the waffle but I have no idea why I have second opinion on it. We would like to order the banana chocolate waffle but the cashier said banana is out of stock. We then change to order mix fruit waffle since there is little sentences describe they used the fruits on the day. Then cashier said no also... Because of no banana.. so, the fruit of the days is banana 🍌 only? I am super weird but my friend comfort me that maybe they had just prepared a little fruits only, so it then runs out of stock.. so at the ended we had ordered a berry waffle.. the portion of the waffle is big and are decorated super nice.. but I didn't feel like the others people 's review which is 外酥内软. It taste SoSo only... Is it because there is many customers today so standard fall down?

Neither, I didn't meet with the friendly staff. Lolx.

TLDR: ZERO o clock? More like ZERO star. Drinks mediocre. Bad service. Nothing to eat.

Everything on the menu basically gone. Ramen only got one type. Sandwich, half of the choices can't do cause they said toaster got problem. Main menu like chicken and salmon all don't sell anymore, despite being on menu. Ordered matcha earlier on, doesn't taste good at all. Send food to your table, don't give you cutleries, have to go take yourself. So basically it's a glorified canteen 😭

But I think I know why they do self-service. Their staff have NO service training at all. Ask question can't answer. Menu can't explain. Enter no greeting. Call to do reservation, ask you to text instead, although they are fully capable of talking over the phone and responding. Asked about the food situation, doesn't even try to solve, just laugh behind the counter afterwords. Super skema.

Nowonder dinnertime also no business. They clean their café when I was there. The whole café smell of soap. I paid for the earlier tidbit and left. Luckily we have plenty of options nearby for dinner.

To the owner, hire better staff, and don't promote too much on social media if you can't maintain yea. Money spend on quality instead of building leads with no...

First time being here, and we came at night. The cafe is situated at the upper level, so first you must find the entrance. There's sign board near the food court (Saradise Feast?) directing you. Or else just ask any of the waiters there and they are super helpful to guide you.

The cafe is very nicely decorated, good ambient, with indoor and outdoor seatings. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good choices to choose from the menu, mainly offering drinks, waffle, cakes, sandwiches and some snacks. We came for drinks and cake only. So will try the waffle next round.

Drinks wise, we ordered some yogurt drinks, very nice, perfect sweetness level. As for hot tea it was a simple tea bag in a mug. Suggested to the owner to serve in a tea pot (I won't mind to pay more ;) ). Ordered a small chocolate coffee cake for the birthday girl (who's on keto diet), staff was so nice to add on a candle, a small birthday card on top of the cake. The chocolate cake is so rich and dense, don't miss this if you are a chocolate lover! Their mango cake is so yummy too, super soft and not too sweet. Puff was also tasty, can taste the freshness of it!

Overall, very good experience coming here. Will definitely come back to try more of the cakes...
