My family and I stayed at Le Shore Hotel for 1 night, and had lunch & dinner at Kuala-Muara Kitchen.
Pros points : very good view and able to enjoy the beautiful of sunset. The tables & chairs are comfortable, the light and fan are functioning well. Toilets are clean.
Cons points : the service is so slow. Only one waiter was on duty, and the person is not well knowledgeable on the food/menu. There is no senior person to handle and manage the patrons. I saw only one chef in the kitchen The standard of the service is not up to the level of restaurant, even to the level of B category restaurant. The restaurant management failed to understand, on the expected higher crowded during school holiday and during the weekends, and failed to give the support to their staff during this period. The food taste is so-so and no "umph" (no special). The services and the food taste is not up to the price. I also get to know that the restaurant management gave to the reviewers a voucher of RM10 as a token of appreciation, to rate the restaurant. Hopefully, the restaurant management may get the fair feedback, to improve their restaurant performance and the qualities (and not to raise their rating on...

Just charge RM240 and make a good breakfast for your guests!).
Just stay to the basics, classic local drinks, kuih muih? We were really hoping for that rather than some muffins and croissants that look kind of miserable in...
