Food was average. Used to be better. Overall, service level dropped like crazy. Informed the waiter that their crab was not fresh, and they only offered to exchange one crab instead of the two crabs. And when we said we didn’t want it, they only offered a RM30 out of RM 150 bill for the crab- giving excuse that the boss was not around. As a restaurant establishment, shouldn’t the order be cancelled. Or at least offer a 50% off the crab bill. The fact to make your customer pay for a meal that’s not fresh was already a compromised from consumer’s end. And when said, it’s not fresh, and it’s not safe for consumption, the respond was the same. This is a truly disappointing experience - to make your customer pay for a not safe for consumption meal!

If you want to consider eating at this restaurant, please expect low level of customer service and don’t be surprised to get this kind of quality. Truly disappointing! Think twice before you choose to eat...

This restaurant has an excellent waterfront location overlooking the mangroves, offering stunning sunset views while you enjoy delicious fresh seafood. The spacious venue can easily accommodate large groups with plenty of tables available. Good air circulation from multiple fans and attentive staff ensure prompt service whenever you're ready to order.

The only downside during our visit was when a boat with a faulty engine started up nearby, creating thick clouds of exhaust fumes that unfortunately affected about half the dining area. However, this was completely beyond the restaurant's control, and I was impressed by how quickly the staff responded, they immediately repositioned fans to help clear the air as efficiently as possible.

Despite this isolated incident, the restaurant itself provided great food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommended for waterfront dining to enjoy...

Kuala Selangor has always been one of the few seafood “ warehouses “ where we would take efforts and time to come for annual seafood shopping for the CNY. However we have stopped eating here as the prices are touristy and often overpriced. Today after buying our 13Kg Groupa and waiting for them to neatly portioned the giant up and packing away with enough ice shavings we should have taken the time to return to our normal food hole ( bagan pasir or bagan tengkorak in Tg Karang) but we were just too LAZY!!! Ended up having a quick lunch at this place. I believe I’ve never speak so badly of a food place as this one . I would highly recommend you NOT to even come!!! Not only the pricing but more importantly the taste!!!. Such Dissatisfied and Disappointed feeling after the first three items that even my favourite flower crab tasted bad. Dang please do not even waste...
