I came there at 17th May around 8pm. The cashier who took my order not really attentive while i told her my order. She was talking and giggling with her other colleague. I had to repeat twice the order for her to key in. While waiting, i saw one customer after me had the same treatment by the cashier. Frustration could be seen within the customer.

After 20 minutes, my order was ready. The cashier sent the food packaging in plastic to me, put it on the table in abruptly manner. Before i could say thank you, she turned n walked off. As a regular customer i was offended by the way the cashier / staff behaviour. She lacks the quality skills being F&B server, and lacks of good manners.

The outlet supervisor / manager should take necessary action to advice that particular staff to be pleasant, attentive, appropriate manners and good body language when dealing with...

I had the best vietnamese beef noodle here. I've been eating at other secret recipe locations these years, this branch served the best! Soup was rich with beef stock, beef was thin, noodle was chewy. And the lime chilli was sooo good! I decided to use this picture to give it a fair review because the real picture doesn't look appetizing. But the taste was amazing. I wish I could ask them a fresh taugeh & corriender. Then this picture is legitly looking good and tastes good.

Talking about service, I received my order fast. We had a good time dining here. We will come back for sure. The family said Singapore laksa, spaghetti meatball & chicken parmigiana...
