I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the poor service and unprofessional behavior I experienced at your Cyberjaya branch on 1 December 2024. What should have been a simple drive-thru transaction turned into a frustrating and deeply disappointing ordeal due to an unreasonable delay and the unacceptable attitude of your staff.
I ordered a Sausage Cheese Omelette Muffin with Hash Brown. I was informed that the hash browns were unavailable and would be replaced with fries, which I agreed to. However, when it was my turn to collect the food, I was told the order was not ready and asked to wait further ahead.
I waited 25 minutes while other cars received their orders and left. Frustrated by the prolonged delay, I approached the staff to inquire about my order. The worker I spoke to displayed rude and dismissive body language, making no effort to address my concerns or offer an explanation for the delay. She simply took my bill without a word, prepared the food, and handed it to me without so much as an apology for the inconvenience caused.
When I returned to my car and checked the food, I discovered that the Sausage Cheese Omelette Muffin was missing the sausage—a critical part of the meal I paid for. This added insult to injury, as I had already endured poor service and disrespectful behavior.
I find this level of service completely unacceptable for a brand like McDonald’s, which prides itself on customer satisfaction. The staff’s rude behavior, lack of communication, extended wait time, and the incorrect order have left me questioning the professionalism and standards of this branch.

I usually enjoy coming to this McDonald’s. The food quality is great, the ambience is nice and calm, and the staff are polite and professional. I’ve had several dine-in experiences that were pleasant and up to expectations.
But I really have to say, I’m quite sad and honestly very disappointed with the takeaway service.
This isn’t the first time my order has been incomplete. Every time I opt for takeaway, something is always missing - usually the beverage or a side item. It might seem like a small issue, but it’s really frustrating, especially when I order for someone else and only realise the mistake after I’ve already left.
Just recently, I bought McD to surprise my brother at his dorm. I wanted to make his day. But when I handed it to him, we realised the drink was missing ; again. It made me feel bad, and it ruined the gesture a little. 😞
This kind of mistake keeps repeating, and it’s starting to affect my trust. I don’t want to have to dig through the bag or recheck everything like a hawk before leaving. I want to believe the order is complete, especially from a well-known franchise like McDonald’s.
I really hope the management can relook at the packing SOP for takeaway. Maybe a final check before handing over the bag? It’s a simple step, but it would make a huge difference to customers like me who really value accuracy and care.

Waited for around 10 minutes in the queue before my turn to order at the kiosk. When I tell the crew:" I have ordered with the mobile app, the order and collect." The crew asked me whether I want to collect point, and I said yes, then she asked me for my number, I told her my order number, then she starting to asking me for what I want to order. That's when I correct her, saying that I had ordered and pay with the app again, then she starting to tell story of I should tell her the number instead of saying I want to collect points. (Hello?) Then she tell me to go to the counter infront, and she asked me there for the number again. The process went smoothly until I have got my food and the crew asked me to wait for my americano at the waiting lot infront. I waited at the lot and start to eat my food, and I purposely ate it in slower pace then I normally do. However, when I almost finish my food, which is after at least 10 minutes, and there are no more cars at the drive thru lane, I still haven't got my drink. I only got my drink half an hour after I reached MCD on that day.
The most important point is, it is not a long queue that day, but my car stopped at a point in the drive thru queue for almost 7-8 minutes
