MyKori Cafe @Kota Warisan — Restaurant in Sepang

Terrible service. Waited at the counter for an extended period of time before being acknowledged. Staff at the counter seemed disinterested and unfriendly.

The cleanliness of the place was subpar. Plates and utensils had visible stains, indicating they were not properly washed. The sink was clogged with wet tissues. The restroom was filthy and emitted a strong odor of urine. The bowl for my Kakigori also had some stains, suggesting it was not washed properly.

To top it off, a table near us was left messy and not cleared for nearly an hour. It looks like they were understaffed. My tteokbokki was too watery and mushroom burger tasted burnt. Overall, a disappointing dining experience.

I have been to many MyKori outlets before, but I have never experienced such poor service and...

i saw my friend eating mykori from different branch so i went to this branch to satisfy my cravings but this branch disappoints me with their service. the staff was not friendly at all and said that “only ice menu are available”. when i asked why, she said it’s bcs the kitchen is being cleaned. and i asked how long does it takes, she said 30 minutes. it’s okay and i agreed to wait for 30min and ordered ice cream while waiting. however, the way she served the ice cream was giving unfriendly attitude to me and my friend. after more than 30min, still cannot order cause apparently the kitchen is still “being cleaned”. i hope one day it can be improved as i love spending time with my...

We decided to come here last minute due to craving for ice cream. 😁 second time being here and this time we ordered my all time favourite: bingsu, and the toast, tasty as usual. And we have tried their not-so-new menu: ramyeon kimchi jjigae, tteokbokki and riceball. All of them are worth to try! 🤩😀

The service is very good and fast, especially the guy at the counter, very friendly and he recommended to us the only available menu since most of them are finished. Thanks brother (:
