I rarely take time to write reviews but I need to highlight these matters about the All in All restaurant in Cyberjaya. Whatever i mention here is my personal experience and watch out to these pointers as below when you are there.
I was told that the food is good and when there twice. Time around 8pmish and I found that the chicken leg curry was spoilt (sour taste and fowl smell) and returned the dish to them. Also waited for food for 35 to 40 minutes and they could not even prepare neither chapati nor tandoori chicken even after 35 minutes. Menus as easy as chapati could not be done in this restaurant even within 35 minutes?? and the crowd is perhaps half of the occupancy or less. The cashiers answer was, too many orders.
About the guy who takes the order, he will tell you most of the item will take more than 15 to 20 minutes (as if they are fine dine restaurant), when you follow up with him after 15 or 20 minutes, he will just show a sign, hold on with this hands, shutting you up for asking for your food.
First time visit wrong dish came from the kitchen after 40 minutes, ordered prawn dish, came out chicken dish.
After my 2nd visit to the restaurant, I called a few Cyberjaya friends and they mentioned, the restaurant's food quality and management has deteriorated and do not visit there anymore. I understand why.
(Also the latest review by another customer before me also says he will go there for some special tea but not for anything else.)
Every business exist due to the customer's satisfaction of the product and services. But when the business owner / management thinks they have made unshakeable name/ branding, the customers will show what it means to take things for granted.
I am writing this in the spirit that the management will take the customer's satisfaction into consideration and take charge of the situation rather than just say, too many orders, and condoning detrimental service standards by their waiters /workers. Perhaps too many orders is why complacency and lackadaisical (don't care) attitude set in.
Very disappointed with the experience, quality of food and the waiting time. Upset that one potential restaurant which i wanted to repeat has fundamental standards of product & services...
Read moreLovely food choices, been my personal favourite and go to place since I was introduced to this restaurant by a Miss working with me. Nothing beats this place (haven't really tried others, but definitely better than Pelita and D' Banana Leaf and fast foods 😂❤️🌌✨ so far). For me, I felt this is more authentic of an Indian food in terms of its flavors. Please have your Vilvam drink and other on other hours too. Although all the staffs are friendly, and perhaps they're all foreigners (as in from India and/or other nearby countries), sometimes it made me wonder as to what to convey to them. Special mention to the staff named Alex Pandian, for his warm welcome everytime. This literally made me think, "Okay, let's go back to this restaurant to see what food this guy want to recommend to me today or simply the conversation with him"). Price wise: Sometimes it's haywire, sometimes reasonably cheap, if you opt for the open food option. Depends on the person who put the price I guess 😂❤️🌌✨. In my early days, few times, they forgot to serve me my drink, and I ended up either correcting the bill or paying for it (nothing much, just warm water), but nowadays they don't forget it 😂❤️🌌✨. (Visiting here for the past 5 months and soon to be 6). For some other desserts/appetizers, some are just not reasonably priced I think. Like the quantity, and the price. Not sure as I usually skip the receipts for it. Definitely be bringing my friends, and families if I happen to come back here after my internship ❤️🌌✨. Note: Thier Chicken curry is way too spicy for me, so I always go for the sambar and then sprinkle some chicken curry on top of it for slight spice taste. Not sire if it is spicy or because I ha e nit consumed spicy foods for sometime, so it made me go haywire. 🤣❤️🌌✨. Suggestions: You will need more dining spots and please have your shop not limited to GrabFood please 🥺❤️🌌✨. I need this on ShopeeFood as...
Read moreI used to be a regular patron of this wonderful restaurant when they newly opened many years ago (prior to the pandemic), before I moved my business out of Cyberjaya. I liked the concept of offering a sumptuous variety of options for lunch, and their selected delights for breakfast and tea. As most restaurants, they had their challenges during the pandemic, but they survived through.
I visited this restaurant again after a gap of a few years, and was initially thrilled to see the change in layout and the wonderful variety of food items displayed for lunch. I helped myself to a plate of briyani and fried chicken. It looked really amazing, until I started consuming the food. It was a disappointment that the taste did not match the way it was presented. Furthermore, the cost had increased to almost double. I do understand the rise in cost of living, and wouldn't mind paying for quality, but in this occasion, I was truly disappointed.
Though I understand that it has been many years and the cooks may have been replaced, but the taste of the food could have been somewhat maintained. It's a great restaurant with many pleasant memories, and I truly hope the management team would take drastic measures to re-ignite the quality and taste of the food. Please take this as a constructive feedback to improve....
