My gf was craving for cheese naan. We planned to go to KL to the normal famous naan spot. But then, I decided to check out nearby places at that time. Encounter a review of this place and decided to check it out.
Arrived there during lunch time on Sunday. Parking was easy at the basement.
Just a few steps away, I've seated myself in the shop. I choose to sit at the open air area. Not much people, but as then, crowd start to pile up. But, still sitting was considerably comfortable.
Ordered Cheese Naan Special, Cheese Garlic Naan, Beef Keema and Tandoori Chicken. Also some drinks.
It didn't take long for the food to be serve. And yes... The cheese naan is as what has been reviewed by the web site... Full rich melting cheese inside the naan. The naan itself was soft. Beef keema taste was good! Only part its a bit too oily. Tandoori Chicken was also tender inside and crispy outside. But a bit spicy, small kids might not like it. Overall, it seems made me decided i dont have to go all the way to KL or Bangi anymore to satisfy my craving for cheese naan in the future.
Ok, finished eating. Pay time! The price was reasonably fair. But personally if the portion of each meal is a little bit more, it would really be nicer.
That's all for now. You can guarantee I will repeat...
Read moreChicken masala RM5: warm, tasty and reccomended to accompany your roti. Earlier was given 3 pieces full of bone, which we asked to change to chunks of white meat. Your preference ☺️
Gobi masala RM3.50: big wholesome hunks of potato and some soft cauliflower. Tasty also nice.
Daging masak merah RM7: for this price, I think this is a large portion. But of the 3 dishes, I preferred the other 2 cos the meat was rather hard. The sweet red gravy was thickened with some sort of starch and would go better with white rice rather than the naan and capatti we ordered today.
Plain naan was HUGE and can easily be shared by 2 people. Very spongy. Garlic or cheese would probably be tastier. Capati was nice - soft, thin. Served with thick dhall and chicken curry.
Teh tarik was very nice, not too sweet .....too nice! a fly was so attracted that it dived into my mug. I scooped it out, not an issue, not the fault of the restaurant, just one of these things expected dining outdoors.
Service from one particular staff was fantastic! Attentive, gentle and smiley. The rest of the service just lets you get on with life after serving your orders quickly, which is great also. Easy to find a seat, looks clean, comfortable...
Read moreIf you’re craving for crazily heavy cheese naan, here is the place to satisfy your cravings. But pls rmb to not order other dishes especially their butter chicken and lamb korma. If you’ve tasted the authentic butter chicken before, this is not even close to it. You can only taste the strong garlic aroma but no spices/buttery taste at all. Sup tulang is okay but 222 food court has better ones. Murtabak only available after 4:30pm. Found this place through fb food advertisement video. Thank god they only advertise mostly for the cheese naan and murtabak here or else I would say the people who help them advertise only cared about money but not value-for-money kind of advertisement for the consumer. Pls head here to try their cheese naan special, you won’t regret it. Also, they might mess up your drinks and food order. Ordered sirup bandung but they gave me sirup limau. Lamb briyani was finish so I changed to lamb korma but they forgot about it until I reminded them. The workers here looked a bit stoned to me lol. If any of you tried other dishes that taste good, pls let me know! I’ll definitely come back for the cheese naan as a cheese lover. Or recommend me other closer area(PJ/SUBANG) with super heavy...
