Restoran Zam Zam : Arabic Food — Restaurant in Shah Alam

The food is tasty, but not worth the price or even up to the standard of competing restaurants of the same cuisine. The most critical complaint I have is the service. It is understandable that at peak hours (dinner), service will be slow. When we made our order, we also requested the waiter to clean the table of food bits from the last customer. Instead, they just placed our dishes ontop of the mess on the table. We decided to wipe the mess. A waiter approached us later, telling us "its good its good" as if to stop us from cleaning the table. Outrageous, they dont want to clean the table, served our plates ontop of leftover food bits and told us to stop making the waiters look bad in front of their boss who was visibly reprimanding them at the cash register, so hectic and loud. Awful experience. Edit: 2nd chance. Food came without the soup side, when asked from the waiter, they simply said "busy". The plastic cup that they serve with the bottled drink was dirty. High end price but the service is worse...

Service out. My family, we came on first ramadhan. I only saw 2 staff at the front, 1 act as a cashier @ waiter serving for the whole restaurant, the other one was making the beverages plus "kaki sebok" kesana kemari i dont know for what purpose and very rude to us pushing my sister to choose our food immediately and not given her enough time to browse the menu. Weird enough since they seemed like an established restaurant but without enough workers yet very rude when attending the customers (maybe because of the pressure of not having enough time to serve all the meals/drinks on time and to attend some of the customers that began to get angry for their mismanagement, but again it is not our problem). The meals were served incomplete, and we got our drinks at the very last minute before berbuka (thank god), and upon serving our drinks the waiter mumbled something unclear to my sister with tight face. Went for iftar here with my 7 famili members, call for reservation 3.30pm & staff said ok, we arrived 6.30pm but until buka puasa, our table only got jus oren only, no food being served, after 10minute still no food on table. Order qeune was really bad, poor order management. Forcefully asked the staff, then only they give the food but some food already cold like shawarma & fries. Give feedback at cashier, but being scolded back because we made reservation quite late so ramai crowd they can't manage well, then if you tahu table fully booked, why still accept our reservation?, Just told us full booked, then we can find another place to perform our iftar somewhere else. Totally not recommended to come here. Sorry zam zam ss13, really disgusted with your services please improve your services especially during peak hour like iftar ramadhan....
