Starry Food Village — Restaurant in Shah Alam

"I'm really disappointed, and this isn't the first time this has happened. I can tolerate food prices going up, but I'm a regular customer and come here at least once or twice a week. If you can't deliver what's on the menu or fulfill our orders, then don't accept them. And if you do accept an order but can't prepare it, at least explain to us why not. When you do explain, the most we can do is choose another dish or just not eating it, but instead, you keep us waiting foolishly. The first few times, we forgave it, thinking that running a business isn't easy and giving you another chance, hoping it wouldn't happen again next time. But today, I don't even know how many times it's been. We waited over 40 minutes for a couple of simple dishes, and to make matters worse, those who came after us got served first. Enough is enough; it's a real waste of our time. The menu keeps adding new dishes, but the wait times keep getting longer. On top of that, you've taken on a bunch of food delivery orders. If you're going to handle more orders, then figure out how to manage the time for us who dine in. But forget about it; there won't be a next time. Stopped by while visiting a friend in Kota Kemuning and kept going back whenever I'm in the area. I was surprised by the sheer amount of choices this neighbourhood eatery offered at such a reasonable price. I live around KL/PJ area and prices would easily double to that of Starry Food Village for the same dishes. Best part is that the food is DELICIOUS. My favourite is the salted egg pumpkin.
