Avocadian Subang SS15 - Avocado MilkShake — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Good product but lousy service. They used to have fantastic customer service but now they ignore phone calls from customers, and when the smoothie is finished later than the stated pick up time on foodpanda, there is no apology at all from the staff at Avocadian, they just give you the drink and walk away. So rude. And when asked if there is a problem with the phone line, they just say "oh, busy". Is it so difficult to answer the phone and just say "sorry we are busy and are unable to attend to you at the moment"? And why are you holding on to the phone if you are unable to answer calls? And I see some negative reviews here being replied with generic replies with meagre attempts to do right by the customers. I used to love this place. This is disappointing!

Edit: The response from owner below just proves me right. Yes my husband and I always supported you and gave you good ratings. Looks like all those were not appreciated and you cannot handle negative feedback because you tell off everyone who give you negative reviews here on your other branches 🤣. Okay la your staff cried but she did make a mistake ya. First visit and I had the avocado milk shake with pea protein plus extra brain booster added.

Better to explain what is in there than to have to ask. Led to understood it is a mixture of pumpkin seeds, nuts, Chia seeds and I forget the rest.

I would have liked it to be creamier and there are upgrade options to make it really thick so you can understand what your preference is to start.

Avocado shakes can be really tasty even without added sugar but it depends on whether you enjoy the natural taste of avocado. Otherwise go for the those flavoured with other fruits like mango.

Bought original avo and dates avo to try, was giving high expectation but unfortunately not as good. For avo shake the shake is not cold enough and more of a watery avocado shake . For Avo dates I was thinking it is avocado dates but it come out avocado and dates, the taste does not blend together.
