I used to eat here often and the service and food were very good. There was a food error before and there were many customers. At that time, I told the person responsible that the food error was wrong. The reply she gave us was that we were very satisfied and she also apologized to us. Today we came back to eat again because I haven't eaten here in a long time. It happened to be raining lightly outside, and when we went in to find a seat, there was no waiter to guide me to a seat. The tables and chairs were all filled with water, so we just stood and waited. A waitress (Yellow Shirt) saw us, but she didn't come to help us with the tables and chairs first. Instead, I glanced at the other empty tables and continued to wipe the other empty tables. The other male waiter (Red shirt), I thought he would have a better service attitude, gave the chair with water and the person left directly. He needed to use my clothes. Wipe it? No one was going to serve me, so I did it myself. I went to get a box of toilet paper with some left over. The exciting time has come. The original waitress used a swearing attitude to tell me not to use toilet paper and waited for her to deal with it. She continued to use a swearing attitude to tell the male waiter (let us get toilet paper from elsewhere). After all, it is their language (Foreign Worker Alliance) in terms of. The male waiter took the toilet paper away without saying a word, using the attitude that your boss owes you something and not eating meat for ten years, and then handed us another transparent toilet paper in this way. I really couldn't eat anymore, so in the end I didn't call her/him, nor did I curse or complain. I kicked the chair with my last disdainful attitude, and finally put it down. Then, I changed places and walked to the noodle shop opposite to continue eating, because I really couldn't continue to happily dine here in this...

Probably my first and last visit. We ordered normal beef ramen(RM14) and braised beef ramen(RM16). Both portion were very generous with their soup and vegetables but the same cannot be said on their beef and noodles. After eating a bowl of noodle and still felt hungry. Beef ramen was a huge disappointment because their beef was tough and chewy and I suspect they use buffalo meat. Braised beef ramen deserves compliment as their beef was soft and tender BUT portion was soooo little, like only 4 to 5 tiny cube pieces meant for toddlers/very small children, totally doesn't justify RM16 paid, not forgetting to mention noodle also small portion. They tried to compensate by giving lots of soup but that's not what we came for. I did voice out this braised beef portion too little to the cashier and she did confront the cook who seems to be a Bangladeshi and he admitted braised beef portion given was little. Anyway, hopefully owner of this restaurant take note of this matter and not only think of more profit by reducing beef quantity to customers as we have already paid additional RM2 for the braised beef(RM16) compared to normal beef ramen(RM14). Also please improve on the normal beef ramen quality by not giving us tough and chewy...
