Big Boss HSP SS15 — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Pro : Big portion and that's it Cons : 1. After I ordered, I sat on the bar table just in front the counter. When it was my turn to collect my order, I wasn't even notified by the crew even though I was very near to the cashier, my order was the only order at the moment and it wasn't crowded, I understand it was my negligence I did not pay attention to the screen showing whose turn it is to collect order but my food was left cold on the collection counter, well maybe it was already cold. This type of service is not acceptable. Seats on the bar table were occupied by random objects probably left on table by staffs, not many seats indoor and seats outdoor were wet due to rain before my visitation. Maybe she wasn't in the mood but the cashier didn't look like she was enjoying her job, well another guy also never really bothered to dry wet seats outside when I requested for it before ordering, well I also mentioned seats indoor were occupied by random objects. A Disappointing First Impression

My recent experience at HSP left much to be desired. I ordered the "Comba A", which promised a large HSP (I chose beef and chicken), beef shawarma, and two drinks. The cashier indicated I could choose three sauces and two drinks, but neglected to mention the extra cost involved. This lack of transparency was my first red flag.

The food itself was underwhelming. The HSP food was lukewarm and bland, the fries soggy, and the shawarma lacked flavor. The drinks weren't cold, barely above room temperature. When I requested ice and a fresh cup, I was informed that neither were available.

The overall quality was disappointing, especially considering the RM60 price tag. The portion sizes were small for the cost, and the lack of basic amenities (ice, cold drinks) further detracted from the experience.
