This is the Subang Jaya branch of this wildly popular Thai food chain of restaurants around the Klang Valley area. It's smaller than most of their other branches, but their food is just as good as the other places as well. Look out for the special set menus available during lunch time - it's good value for money on an otherwise already super economical menu. Parking is a hit and miss here - of course, during peak hours it'll be difficult to find a place, but during dinner, it's pretty easy to get a spot. Weekends are also quite easy to find parking spaces. Food quality, overall, is good - very tasty and right amount of spice. I find their Moo Ping (barbecued skewered pork) to be one of the best around and am never disappointed even when dining in their other branches as well. The perennial Thai favourites are all here - your Panang curry, green curry, kra pow, tom yum etc - all are just as good. Seating can be a little limited due to the space constraints, you might actually have to sit around near the back of the restaurant (and I do mean near the back!) So, if you're looking for a quick and easy, cheap and cheerful dining experience, pop by Boran!

Short and clear. NO NO NO ….. Dont come here. The worst experience ever. We regret for trusting Google review about this Restaurant. The pork neck was served cold and dried. I told them i have never eat Pork neck like this, no fat at all. They brought in then bring out the same thing, but maybe Microwave to make it hot. This time its even more dried. We left the whole plate untouched. Even Kids can tell, they said Not nice. Mango salad was bad too. Taste like it has been left the whole day, smell old. The lemon is not fresh at all. I love Mango salad but I cant even take it. The rest of the food is also not good. All like ready made and reheated. 😬😬😬 Staffs are day dreamers, they dont even want to serve or talk. We came in, make order ourselves, staffs just stay at counter, dont bother if we call them, they saw but dont want to come. Whole restaurant, only 1 table is ours, but they dont bother to serve. Service is Bad too. I dont know why this restaurant still can run but definitely the worst Thai Food restaurant we have been to. We feel very frustrating because its like been cheated.

Delicious food, affordable price, cosy ambience, and friendly & efficient staff! Both noodles come in sufficient portions even for regular bowls, are very flavourful and aren't too heavy. Don't forget to add all the condiments in the Classic Pork Noodles! I also recommend soaking the Pork Cracklings and Wonton Skin in both bowls to increase flavour. There was a lot of santan in the Green Curry, but was still tasty combined with rice. The Maryland Chicken tasted pretty good too! I felt comfortable in the restaurant because it has a cosy environment. The dim lightings made me feel at ease; the staff were friendly, prompt and attentive; the crowd was big but sufficient sitting makes it look less packed; the volume was low in the restaurant so everyone can have a good chat.

The food taste good and the price is very reasonable. Atmosphere here reminds me of those street cafes in Krabi. Not your traditional Thai food restaurant, the menu here is abit different. There are many dishes to try. Will come again to try something different next time. Perhaps the pork rice which looks really good. I had the Tom Yum soup noodle, which is not too spicy and had a thick milky feel to the soup (akin to curry laksa) which is something unique and interesting.
