Hi, I went to Go Noodle House outlet at the Mines on Friday (30/6/2023) around 8pm. I ordered 酸菜猪肉片米线. The next morning ( Saturday), I had a food poisoning where I vomitted and I can clearly see the leaf of the 酸菜. I never take any meal before go noodle house except for a few cookies in the morning. I vomitted twice and having diarrhea for 3 times. Please look into this hygiene issues. Also, there is one male, tall, chinese cashier who did not want to deduce a cup of dates wolfberry for me even I have Watsons card. At the beginning, he said we should let him know before ordering ( whats the point of QR code ordering if we need waiter??). I told him I am a regular customer of GNH and I have claimed my free dates wolfberry before. He then changed his mind and he said I need to order the drinks separately, meaning that instead of clicking the quantity for 2, I need to add to cart separately one by one ( thats what I understand because it is totally not reasonable). I have ordered two drinks in the same OUTLET before, add to cart with the quantity of 2. And a female cashier help me to deduct, now the male chinese cashier say we have to order separately? His attitude is so rude where he keep repeating "do you understand???" It is such a nonsense. I am a regular customer of GNH and i am really dissapointed on this experience. Please get back to me as soon...

but the spicy soup version can be intimidating for those not accustomed to the flavors... advisable to ask the servers for advice especially if it is your first time to GNH as the menu is not as straight forward, as they have different soup types and noodle types in...
Read moreWe used to eat at Noodles House many times in the past. This time, I visited the Mines branch and was shocked by how much the prices have increased , it felt really overpriced. We ordered two sets of noodles with drinks, and the total came to around RM65. The noodles still taste good, and they’ve added more items to the menu, offering more choices. However, it still doesn’t feel worth it, as most of the ingredients (apart from the noodles and vegetables) seem to be frozen food...
