1. Overall - Vegetarian Chinese restaurant, clean and chill environment, ok service experience, plenty of table seating but do expect more customers during peak hours, food and drink selection are nasi lemak, curry laksa, lei cha, chicken rice, coffee and many more from Hainan Village Malayan Kopitiam (Puchong)
2. nasi lemak with chicken rendang - tasted not bad, fragrant rice and peanuts, sambal was sweet and a little spicy, chicken rendang was alright though
3. curry laksa - extremely flavourful, thick and creamy, spicy but sweet broth, noodle was cooked perfectly, tasted good
4. lei cha - loved the tea mixture, very aromatic and tasty, great mix of different ingredient, had it mix together would be recommended
5. claypot dry noodle - tasted good, raw egg must be mix together while the pot was still hot/warm, creamy sauce sticks to each noodle
6. kopi - tasted good, strong and silky
7. fried kuey teow - aromatic and smoky, tasted good, noodle was soft
8. toast with butter and kaya - ok, lack of butter and kaya
9. half boiled eggs - kampung/village eggs, extremely yellow yolk, not bad
10. assam laksa - tasted ok, slightly spicy for our liking
11. pumpkin tofu - soft and eggy tofu, pumpkin adds a subtle sweetness and earthiness to the dish, Pumpkin's vibrant orange hue not only enhances the visual appeal, delicious, highly recommended

Came here after seeing the hype on FB. Waiting time to be seated was about 30mins after lunch hour (2pm). I agree with most review here that they are quite messy and not systematic enough. But again, maybe they are new - maybe can give 10% discount for the inconvenience ? Ordered a few dishes eg. Curry Laksa Noodles - not hot enough. Nasi Lemak Chic Rendang - it’s cold. A lot items not available. We waited for the Braised Bitter Gourd with Preserved Veg about 30mins untill we check with the servers - it’s out of stock. But nothing was mentioned when we paying our bills - so we need go to cashier to return our cash. Taste of food is okay - acceptable, quite mediocre with the price tag we are paying.

Ordering is via QR code on table. Vegetarian & plant based - with some items served with eggs, alliums and dairy. So do take note when ordering - read the menu if you’re avoiding these. Servers might not be so well-versed with ingredients. Brown rice is available, need to request with server. Drinks are the usual - Hainanese Kopi, Kopi C, Cham, Teh. Other tea are blue flower, chrysanthemum, fruit - however are sweeten. Maybe the brown green tea is not sweeten - but not available. All the pau also not available.

Rushed to get their breakfast set, reached at 10.59am. I asked the staff if i could still order 1minute before 😂 and thankfully they're okay with it. As soon as i sat down, one of the staff came to remind me to pay for parking as the area is currently getting saman. You can tell that the staffs here are very kind and warm.

Ordered nasi lemak + tea + currypuff. The nasi lemak was okay, would prefer a little more santan in the rice but this is healthier i guess 🤣 but the sambal in the NL is really good! It's not the sweet kind, it's the slightly salty, just enough spice and a lot of umami flavour. Milk tea is okay, would prefer a slightly thicker milk but again, i guess this is healthier 🤣 but the star of the show i believe is the curry puff – one of the best i've eaten. Crispy and salty crust, fluffy curry potato but doesn't take the flavour away from the egg buried inside. Really love it!

Anyways, this review is not a forced one 😂 i feel very appreciative of their service and hence wrote this review. I hope more people can come and try out this place, it's affordable than most cafe but similar ambience as a cafe. This would be a good place for meetups without...
