I have been to multiple sushi mentai outlets However, this outlet specifically was not particularly satisfying my expectations. Ordered fried rice and told to the staff have ordered just want to inform dont put the tako but the staff add 1 more bowl fried rice for me. Nevermind, then I take away the staff just put on my table without told me anything. I order much, plastic bag didn't provide. At least told me if the plastic bag got any charges not just put there and you expect ppl if bought much they need to take with his own hand. Logic abit pls. Not a major factor but when I ask the chinese worker may I get a plastic bag then he straight away ask me go infront counter take. Hello ,if I need to service myself whats for I paid the service charges? Then I go infront the counter , maybe is a women supervisor told me that where u sitting and said plastic bag need charge another 20sen. Its okay if got other charges u just inform me early not just put at my table there and I alr make the payment then I need to just paid another 20sen just for a plastic bag. P O O R level of hygiene. N O T RECOMMENDED place to have a meal. I can accept if things crawl on floor but never on the food served especially when it was ordered ala-carte and freshly made I'd presume. Called waiter immediately after he served and walked away to take it back. I had even walked immediately to the cashier guy (likely the shift manager or supervisor) to inform him of but was not apologetic at all. Then again reminded him calmly to make sure his kitchen is clean when settling my final bill. That too did was without any apology.
