Your staff sent wrong order to me which is another table one, but I’ve order the same noodle so I thought is mine, the aunty come to inform me the noodle is the other table one but I already ate and she tried to take back the noodle since I already informed her I ate it???

Yay still the same aunty, she send us curry pan mee then ask my fam sendiri collect from the tray? Cause her plate got 3-4 noodles very heavy she can’t take for us.

The panmee soup is tasteless, with so less of ingredients, all noodles with no taste at all! This branch is the most unpalatable face to face outlet!

Also, pls train your foreigners workers well, we forgot to write the food code for the French toast set with a cup of TASTELESS COFFEE. When we noticed it and requested to quickly add on the French Toast order, although I tried to explain to him, he can't get me and acted stubborn to ask me order 1 more additional set while the Coffee has been served (the coffee needs to be charged at ala carte price)

To the owner, ironically you are successful in terms of operating this shop with ALL FOREIGNERS while having high customer flow without any exact quality control.

I used to come to this restaurant a lot when i was younger. The Dry Sawarak Noodles here were my absolute favorite.

So naturally, coming back here after months I ordered the same thing.

Half an hour passes. My whole family's food is here, and mine shows no signs of being served soon. We've already asked the waiter for my food, and they let the kitchen know.

Another 15 minutes passes. My family has already finished all their food and they FINALLY serve my food. To add salt to the wound, they got my order WRONG. It is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE that I have waited over FOURTY MINUTES for a meal I DID NOT ORDER. This was not the experience I had hoped for after returning here.
