Who ever plan to have wedding here, better think twice. The service was so terrible. The DJ too young, like dont have he doing, not professional at all, even simple task also cannot perform, show bad attitude to the guest. The restaurant like didnt trained their staff at all, the flow of the wedding dinner was so messy. End up the bride&bridegroom need to be their MANAGER to tell them what to do. The tv slide was super terrible as well, 80% snowy covered the screen, its worst than watching TV1. Cant see what was showing on the screen. Asked them to fix it, but the DJ told us, we was not the 1st customer to complain, all the while was like that, because company not budget to fix it. How can this happen to a wedding restaurant did that? This ruined how many ppl wedding which by right should be enjoyed their 1 life once wedding?! Besides that the emcee that hired by the restaurant for us was missing in the middle of the dinner. Was told that she also emcee for the other wedding. We was told to ready at the middle of the hall to go for 2nd march in, however 5min over, bride with a high hell standing in the middle to a long period, because emcee was missing in action?! Then y the manager ask us to ready so early. They didnt communicate with their own colleagues at all. Am I paid to be your manager?!!! Other than that, was told by our friends n famalies the very difficult to find a waitress to refill the water and/or they didnt attend to u, end up they need to do...

LapSap Rubbish Restaurant. No Menu is provided when you dine in which they did it on purpose so that their captain can suggest you those expensive dishes. But we know their tactic, so we ignore their suggestion and go with our own selection. But you know what, we ordered those fish dish that usually using cheaper fish but the captain change the fish to a expensive one. We only found out when asked for bill. The total bill was RM 600 which the fish already priced at RM 200 for 姜葱鱼片（using 龙虎斑鱼).

So good luck when you dine in with your happy family. It is their best cut throat time when they see a bigger family.

Besides that, all the gangster taking care of the car jockey service outside in which that area is not suppose to pay any parking fee (Free Zone). Believed they are connected with the restaurant.

Overall the taste of the food is just so so..... Think before going, pick another place. You have...

Attended a wedding dinner there - food was great, especially the ribs! Service was good as there were sufficient waiters to attend to the guests. Food & service: 5-star. The place is not easy to locate for those who are not familiar with the area, even with Waze. However, parking, on an auspicious day with several weddings around the area, is horrible. The area does not have sufficient parking nearby & we had to park far away at very dark areas. And, there were "parking attendants" who helped direct the helpless drivers who gave up looking for parking - went through almost 15 mins traffic around the restaurant, due to high volume of cars before getting a place to park. If possible, just go by Grab & save all the hassle....
