My family and I celebrated Christmas Eve at Souled Garden, Puchong. We made reservation for the evening and when we arrived, the waiter/ waitress were very clueless and we had to find the table on our own. Things went downhill from there, the food we ordered did not arrive on a timely manner and our last two orders did not arrived even after waiting for more than 1 and 1/2 hours. When we asked the supervisor, she took note and went downstairs. We waited some more but she did not return to inform us on when the food is arriving. We asked the second waiter and he said the food is arriving. But still no show of food. We decided to make the payment but was stopped by the supervisor, we asked why should we wait when the food is not here and pay. She demanded we wait but we were tired of waiting. We left after paying. P.S: There were a lot of people who were complaining and was stopped by the waiter and supervisor. Overall...

Great service by restaurant staff, didnt manage to get his name. However he did mentioned that he joined the restaurant recently.

He took initiative to decorate dining space with Birthday prop, and assists to serve cakes by plating them well. He was also observant towards customer needs, especially when we have elderly with us 👍

Asides customer service (commented alot bout it cause seldoms get to see staff being so polite and proactive😁), the food was good, especially pasta range 🤤 The grilled pork, pizza, sausage w red wine sauce are recommended too 👍

We dont prefer the lamb ribs and duck breast, personally felt that it’s over tenderised 🫢

Great food for a reasonable price. Meat and steak were very well marinated and topped with generous Italian herbs. Really very flavorful. Meat doneness is also perfectly done. Vegetables also very evenly cooked. Mussels on the spaghetti Bolognese was well cooked with perfect texture. Cheezy Rice was delicious. Very large variety if liqueur available. Good brands of draught beer like Paulaner and Elderwise. Very clean restaurant. Workers very friendly but need to make sure the many foreigner waiters understood your orders correctly.
