Food is good. However the waiter on duty couldn’t be bothered to take out his note pad to take down my order and this resulted having 2 mains instead of 1 main which I canceled of course. As this branch Puchong is smaller than the one in Subang, I am seated quite close to kitchen and I can hear the chef said very loudly “ask her to pay” when the 2nd main I never ordered I rejected and gotten the waitress to returned back to the kitchen.
Is this how customer service is done? How can they let a customer hears this? This is my first time here yet even though the food is nice, the comment I heard from the chef literally spoilt my appetite and whatever I ate doesn’t taste so good already.
I just want you guys (The Brew House Puchong) to know :
So I hope you guys buck up ur service since it is literally new. Try learning a thing or two from the Subang branch. I give them thumbs up for their...
Read moreRecommend to order the set lunch when visiting the place especially the pork grilled with fries and carbonara pasta. The pasta is the BEST pasta I’ve ever eaten as it so creamy and tasty. The food comes with a main course, beverages, soup and a dessert. Each set lunch has a different price according to the main course you ordered.
Downside: the soup they served is Chinese style either pork braised soup or some type of herbal bitter soup which does not match the type of the restaurant and the cuisine they are selling.
They will give a scoop of vanilla ice cream which (i believe) is restaurant-made as I can see some vanilla beans inside the ice cream(hopefully). However, sometimes the ice-cream they served is not smooth and creamy, instead it tasted like those ice-cream which has been melted slightly and re-freeze again which gives the ice crystal (not smooth) texture.
Overall, the negative issue mentioned is still a small problem whereby the great food and price can...
Read moreIt was my second time trying out this place. The first time was during CMCO, we ordered takeaway and the food impression was good with generous amount of purple cabbage coleslaw. But this time around, when I dined in, it was bad food experience. One of the food that I ordered was Hawaiian pizza and the dough was not cook at all. The surface was only cooked as if the bottom part of the oven was not functioning. If you're wondering why I didn't call the waiter to send it back to the kitchen and reheat longer, well I tried many times. They ignored my table. They were too busy entertaining bigger crowd tables. The worst part was, the staff just laughed at me for having a raw dough pizza, after I told her when I was paying at the counter. I am okay if you apologized for the undercooked food, instead you choose to laugh. Well, thank you for the sinister service. I'll spend my...
