Very very very bad experience at Puchong Jaya Branch
I went Puchong Jaya outlet at 12th July 2024 around 4:30pm, only a few tables. I stand there at cashier counter to place an order to take away, the lady in the photo who wearing mask and hair net just raise her hand, seem like giving me a signal wait without look at me or apologies one moment..while she served another customer.
At that moment, I be patient and understand perhaps after 6-8 hours working, she is tired. After 4 mins I was standing there, even her colleague was at counter not even approached me or offer to help me. Follow by 1 customer stand up from his table wish to pay the bill and straight cut the queue stand in front of me and approached the lady who wear mask. Without any hesitate or feel guilty, she just settle the bill and ignore me.. end of the day, I just walked out. I hope your staff won’t treat other customer same like me.
Seriously Pak Kopi Kaw Kaw train the staff like that ?? Anyway, I wrote the info towards Puchong Jaya Branch just to share my bad and disappointment experience, hope the operation manager, area manager, district manager, f&b manager or even share holder/owner can just view and train the staff rather than soon later your business revenue will drop. Not able to achieve the budget due to guest...

Kampar Chee Cheong fun, Siew bao are nice and The coffee is taste rich. Toast got to eat during serve (Crunchy), if not it won't be nice. They still taking order manually by the service staff, on the payment part they do accept Ewallet bar code payment. Although the shop is modern renovation type kopitiam, but there is not under air-conditioning. During weekend some time need to queue up for a while only have a table for dine in. But you may get a table during not peak hour (maybe 8 - 10am...
Read moreOverall, pretty mediocre in taste. Coffee was okay but the nasi lemak was nothing special, although it looked unique as there are choices of char siew or siew yok to go with it. I opted for the siew yok one and I cannot for the life of me see what's the point of such a pairing as it made no difference from eating the siew yok separately.
The sambal was rather odd, almost like it wasn't meant to be paired with rice. The cucumber was a little old as well.
Some of the staff were quite deadbeat so its a place I am not likely to return to anytime soon.
For the price its really not worth it.
The only thing commendable is the atmosphere that felt...
