THE NIGHT SHIFT SERVICE WAS A DISASTER. ONLY 1 PERSON COOK ALL THE DISHES - GORENG2 OR ROTI OR FRIES ETC. NEVER FAIL TO MESS UP CUSTOMER'S ORDER.

WE ORDERED 4 DISHES YET ONLY 2 REACHED OUR TABLE ON TIME BECAUSE THE CHEF STOPPED COMPLETING OUR ORDER AND START PREPARING NEXT ORDER. WHEN WE ASKED THE WAITER ABOUT OUR OTHER 2 DISHES, THE WAITER WENT AND ASKED THE CHEF, TO MY SURPRISE THE CHEF ASKED BACK THE WAITER, "HOW MANY?"

HE TOTALLY FORGET THAT HE STILL HAVE NOT COMPLETING OUR ORDER AND YET DARE TO ASK THE QUANTITY WHILE THE ORDER LIST WERE ALL PRINTED ON THE ORDER SHEET BEHIND HIM!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING THAT COMPUTER SYSTEM IF THE CHEF NEVER BOTHER TO CHECK HIS BACKLOG??

THE 2 DISHES REACHED OUR TABLE EARLIER HAVE FINISHED ALREADY BUT OUR OTHER 2 DISHES STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PREPARED YET. AFTER WAITED NEARLY 30MINS, WE JUST PAID WHAT WE ATE. WE LEFT... THEN ONLY THOSE LATE DISHES REACHED THE TABLE. SINCE WE HAVE ALREADY PAID WHAT WE ATE, I TOLD THE WAITER TO KEEP THE DISHES TO HIMSELF.

Order is a disaster. Ordered a tea halia kurang manis, served as teh (no halia taste) with sangat manis. Order asked many times yet still messed up(asked me more than 3 times). Ordered a maggie goreng but forgotten, later complained and served as Indomee goreng. Morever it's so plain with no condiments in it. My friend ordered a teh but not fragrant(poor tea quality), however the roti kosong he ordered tasted good.

The cashier was very rude too. I paid the amount including some syilings to ease the change but he forgot to give the balance and even argued with me. Very disappointed indeed.

Now I understand why this restaurant has switched a few owners and yet failed to capture...

How long did i wait for my table? NO WAIT... but...

But 4 waiters standing 2 tables away purposely avoided eye contact with me. All bodies were facing towards me. Now bodies slowly turned away.

Pure laziness. Then one by one walked away, not doing anything. Still avoiding eye contact. Still do not want to come take my order. I almost had to beg them to come take my order.

What size group is this place best suited for? ZERO.

Orders came, obviously didn't hear me clearly the first time round, had to walk back again to get it right. Portions have decreased over time.
