Solomon by VTH — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

To start off, this restaurant is a complete JOKE. It's my very first time to visit the restaurant and yes, it is a complete disappointment. Let me tell you why. Ordered a pizza at 12:46pm and waited for 30 mins ++. The "mini" pizza turned out to be really mini but the price didn't advise so. Been charged for RM15.90 and I am supposed to expect a "pizza" that is probably smaller than the size of my hand? Ridiculous. The restaurant is a scam.The restaurant didn't even dare to include the details of the product properly and I honestly think it's misleading just to let your customers to assume the portion you're serving with the price stated. I've saw other's review and completely agree and understand why they are disappointed with your dishonesty. The attitude of your staff and your poor management. The staff already acknowledged the fact that the food was served slow and still didn't pay attention on providing customer with proper cutlery to enjoy their meal. They were just cleaning up other tables when there's in fact no new customers entering the restaurant and turned a blind eye to customers who were asking for service. Ohh not to mention you're charging RM2 for service charge? Seriously? Clowns. Please do business with some moral senses. This is not the right way to treat your customers with a premium price but lousy service. It's only my first time here and this is the type of service I'm supposed to expect ? Please revise your menu to make it a COMPLETE one to improve yourself. Otherwise, I don't think you can last long...

Thought to have a pleasant lunch in such a good environment but such a disappointment.

Once we settled down and the manager(maybe owner) with good manners recommended us their signature dishes and we thought to place the order to the manager directly since we’re ok with the dishes she recommended but we were asked to use their QR code to place in the order, ok that’s fine right.

After we submitted the order, there’s a couples came in but then another staff helped them to place in order directly without using the QR code, which this shocked us…ok that’s still fine.

Here, we waited for our food about 20mins but they served the food to the couples first! We not even getting our appetiser yet but the couples having their main meals already..Ok we were being patient and wait for our food then yes they served our appetiser and pasta but our “beef” steak is still missing in action after waited for another half an hour! Guess what? The couples beside us is having the same darn steak! When we ask them to check for our order the staff with proud manners just simply answer us and went off…wth? With this such an attitude and service? The couples even finished all their meals and went off but our steak is still yet to be served………Alright then, we just cancelled our steak from the order and went off too. Nobody will care about your orders or attentive to check on you in the whole darn restaurant man! Even if your food tastes good but with such system and service, sorry to say but its my first and my last. Hope your system and service can be...

Pro: nutty pizza is delicious. Vegan friendly. They ask do you eat dairy or egg.

Cons: Not for older folks, slow internet phone owners, poor eyesight or those trying to avoid scammy online menu website. When the elderly who doesn't know how to use internet ask what's the ingredient in certain dishes, foreigner waitress answers, "You don't scan that's why you don't know." Poor service. Poor menu design. No ingredient listings, no picture, didn't notify pizza needs 23  minutes to wait, waitress couldn't say what's the size difference between small and big pizza. Baked cheese rice is bland, very empty, not creamy not filling.

Overall is good they have unique tastes. Food portion more for appetizer, not to eat full meal, portion too small. Fine dining style food with worse than...
