To whom it may concern,
Today, around 3.30pm, my friends and I were queuing up for tealive. At 3.40pm, is our turn to order but the cashier told us to hold on because she had a order from Grab and we totally understand and wait till her finished to key in the orders from Grab and is my turn to be served.
I had finished my first order with touch n go e-wallet, then I want to have another order for my friend who is queuing up with me by paying with touch n go e-wallet too. Who knows the cashier told me to queue up all over again, I was shocked at the moment cause I can do so at any other branches of Tealive and this is the first time ever to be told to queue up all over again to have my second purchase and there is a long queue. However, I calm myself down and understand that maybe the service person has her reason to do so, so I called my friend to order herself (for your knowledge, she is queuing beside me at that time).
This is where the interesting part comes in, I was told to leave the order area when my friend is ordering for her tealive (which mean I cannot stand right beside my friend to wait for her to finish her order and I need to right walk away from the ordering area when I have done my order and payment) and most interestingly the cashier told us that "you guys need to queue up properly by not standing side by side" SERIOUSLY??! YOU AS A SERVICE PERSON TEACHES US HOW TO QUEUE AND THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER TO BE TOLD THAT QUEUE UP CANNOT BE SIDE BY SIDE AND NEED TO STAND RIGHT BEHIND THE PERSON AND QUEUE UP ONE BY ONE???! EH HELLO WHO ARE YOU?? I'M QUEING WITH MY FRIEND, DEFINITELY WE STAND SIDE BY SIDE BECAUSE WE'RE FRIEND AND WE'RE NOT IN THE PRIMARY SCHOOL!
Moreover, this cashier as known as service personnel is talking with us with a very very very extremely bad attitude, and, she also mumbling in Malay when she is taking order from my friend. This is the most and the first ever bad experiences in my life. Staff is representing the brand image of Tealive and sorry to say that this experience had totally piss me off and I think that I will never purchase Tealive again! I can pay extra money for a better service and not Tealive, there are also many other milk tea brand out there in the market. Thanks for taught me that we need to queue like this and thanks for your "excellent" customer service.
Venue: Tealive @ The Mines, Seri Kembangan Date: 2 June 2019 Time: 3.40pm Service personnel: I was so regret that I didn't ask for the staff's name. But is the only Malay girl among all the staffs at the moment.
Not expecting Tealive will take any action about this case but I hope that there will be no any other customer like me to experience this kind of bad service when they want to purchase a drink from Tealive and turned out to affect their mood.
I understand that TEALIVE is a franchise based brand, but as a customer, it really affect my overall feeling towards the brand image of the whole...

I wanted to order 3 drinks using vouchers. Not being a regular so naturally I have no idea what to order. One of the staff was helpful in providing very detailed suggestion on the menu describing the taste (bitter, aromatic, strong) as well as ingredient used (normal sugar/brown sugar, types of tea). He even offered a taste test to help me decide.
After ordering I wanted to share one of my drink and ask for an extra cup. Unfortunately was told that it will cost me RM1. So I was trying to pour it from the cup to an empty mineral water bottle that I have. Another staff offered to help us pour. Imagine trying to pour into the small hold of the mineral water bottle. He had to take time to pour slowly to ensure it doe not spill as well as not letting the ice falling out from the cup.
Taste wise I couldn't be sure if the tea base is watered down or not. Not particularly watery but I definitely like it more if it more...

And i ask for paper bag because my hand was fulled, then she said paper bag is just for delivery and just go to serve other customer? no sorry at all? I understand if u can give me the paper bag but at least can u just speak to me nicely? i pernah jugak keje fnb and i know how hard it was. tapi, i takpernah treat customer macam tu. u know what? kalau tak suka keje situ, jgn keje. seriously
i tulis benda ni sebab i dah tak tahan kena layan macam tu. i am a regular customer but i think after this i will not go here...
