I come here very often, almost like once a week. I would say yes for the food, but all the environment… staff attitude…are bad….

First, always always and always something breaks down…. aircond , imagine how hot without an Aircon while having meal

Toilet pipes, Always Spoil and the water drip everywhere, Even though you’re Eating you still can hear the water dripping sound quite annoying.

Kitchen Exhaust spoil, The whole shops can smell the oil smells And hot. After I’m leaving, my whole body smells like oil.

Secondary, Previously There is a Self service Sauce area. Customers can takes Chilli sauce and tomato sauce, By its own. And I don’t know why they now Keep away the self Serve Sauces. But when you request from the counter, One of the staff Malay Antie It’s not happy to give you The takeaway chilli sauce, I personally eat a lot of Chili sauce with fried items, When I ask for a lot, she’s not happy with that and just give me 5-6pkts Of chilli sauce, And her face like showing not happy with that. This is not first time I come here often. If you are not happy to giving chilli sauce, then put back the self serve Chili sauce area. I’m ordering A Mexican burger and two piece of fried chicken there is a meal for two pax, I asked for 10pkts It’s normal and I finish all I didn’t waste.

It’s a bad experience in this outlet, just feels like mamak environment , But the price is selling same as those fast food competitors and with a bad environment and staff attitudes… feel disappointed on Texas Chickens….. You guys won’t have this kind of experience in fast food other than...

I ordered combo set from grab, only get 3pcs of the chicken for each set, beverages, honey biscuit and mashes potato are all missing, I call the grab driver, the driver told me Texas only pack that to him…….. then I just want to solve the problem and I drive to Texas bdr puchong jaya to get back the missing items, I show my grab order prove them and ask politely to the staff, she keeps frowning and ask how much I’d paid? I keep showing her my order to let her check the total amount and told her I did selected the orange juice in beverages options…….aiyo if u just want to double confirm, please ask with your smiley face, keep frowning like Im cheating, feel bad lar…..then came another staff, I tot she can help to settle, manatau she also frowned and repeat the same question how much I paid………at the beginning I received the meal from the driver, I just realize my beverages is missing, after I went to Texas to get back the missing items, I saw them add my mashed potato and beverages on the spot, I tot they free extra mashed potato to apologize, the they still have good services I think…….without any apologize from their mouth I still went home happily and start to have my meal…….just found out mashed potato is not extra free, is the staff missed to pack the potato, 🙄🙄🙄slap myself cuz I think too much….. and I still can’t find the honey biscuits in the box………Why Im so stupid din double check ya…….haiz…..and forget to say this is the 2nd times they missed to pack item for my order, from the same branch as well, it have been happen once on me……hope texas can solve this problem…..feel...

Originally we adore Texas for it standing out quality of fast food fired chicken. But today it was quite disappointing. Having no idea how fast food chain brands would be bother to have a loyalty programme. We are not fast food fan anyway however whenever fast food is a choice. There is always a certain brand with certain familiar expectation. The 2021 covid with mco drives everyone craving for instant and easy access happiness. Delivery is the choice. We chose Texas according to our previous satisfied experiences. And the better than garlic herb choice was seasonal Mala flavour fried chicken. Sounded spiky hot when paring with cold veggies coleslaw and warm fulfilling biscuit. Once bite. Mala flavour was really something. But the familiar tight texture of chicken has gone. brought down satisfaction and stopped at just one piece,usually 3 in a roll. Biscuits was good, coleslaw was similar to others. However chicken texture here is still the first choice above all fried chicken brands....
