Santai Restaurant — Restaurant in Terengganu

I was harassed by one of the servers at this restaurant on August 19th, 2024 at around 5/6PM while I was trying to enjoy my dinner. The server (which he told me he was Pakistani) came up to me and immediately asked if I was Chinese. I politely told him I wasn’t but he continued to make ignorant remarks saying I had a “Chinese face” and I looked Chinese. I had to tell him MULTIPLE times I wasn’t Chinese. He then proceeded to ask me ignorant questions like “but why do you look Chinese?” For context, I’m American with Vietnamese roots and I told him this god knows how many times but he continued to harass me. At first, were shown to our table for a large group for a going away party at 7:30. It took almost an hour to flag down a server to at least order drinks. Fortunately, our sever took down our drink order AND food order. However, it took TWO hours for our whole table to receive food. Our main courses became our appetizers and our appetizers became our desert. On top of that, one of my guests was told “we are sold out” of a dish he ordered an hour prior. Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think this restaurant is best in perhentian small island. Not other place serve the decent foods. Other restaurants were half the price or one third of price.

Breakfast was good with 4 different fruits, freshly baked bread , fresh juice and hot Americano. Not complaining bocz no other place better than here in small island. I stayed in BuBu resort and breakfast was included.
