This place needs to learn about customer service. I paid rm42 for 2 drinks. The waiter had let go of the paper cup holder before i could reach it, drinks fell to the ground. They insisted that it was already handed. Would i have dropped it? Even if... good customer service would replace my drinks anyway. The waiter should have placed the drinks on the counter instead. We came here twice for a slice of cake and a milkshake. Food was good but is abit pricey, the cafe also has good wifi. Both times we were served by the same guy.
