Reviews on accommodation I went there with a total 3 pax, we choose this package since it was within our budget and the room picture as per advertised was really nice. However, the room picture that was display in the poster was nothing like when we checked in. We were frightened at first since we were a group of girls and the location doesn’t seem safe to us, even though it is located near the beach with other resorts as well. Please note that this place does not offer you 24hrs electricity and we were aware with this too. Electricity goes on from 7pm-9:45am and 12pm-4:45pm during our stay. You will get what you paid for! Don’t truly trust the picture given!

Reviews on Dinner As we chose this package with the agency we deal with, according to the poster they gave us, it just stated the price exclude meal and the add-on price if we chose to add meal. Thus, we decide to take package without any meals. After contacting our agent, they then said we at least need to take dinners. so we chose to add dinners for two nights (first night dinner and second is BBQ).

-First dinner we got to choose any meals and drinks we want and for extra we ordered squid tempura/sotong celup tepung (RM15) and you can see the picture that I included and you can rate them by yourself. Overall rating for the food that we ate is 3.5/10 -nasi goreng USA -nasi goreng paprik -nasi putih + ayam honey something(i don’t remember)

-BBQ 2/10, i could barely ate them and my friend keep eating because they don’t want to starve. they prepared the BBQ by plate per person and they use “ikan tongkol/aya” for the ikan bakar. the sauce provided was really weird apart from the BBQ sauce. refer picture. we all three got different sauce btw.

p/s if u guys already at the island and currently reading this and the same time booking at this place, just enjoy and you can have your breakfast at ombak resort beside them or you can go to long beach 12...

Stayed at their dorm for 2 nights. With no windows in the room and bloody bed sheet, we weren't too pleased. We put up with it, because it was very cheap. But what dissatisfied me was the snorkeling trip.

There were me and my 7 friends. We paid for a package that included a snorkeling trip. We were supposed to go to 5 snorkeling points, one of it being fisherman's village, where me and my friends were planning to have lunch at (the food is supposedly cheaper there compared to tourist cahe asked to .

Without our permission, they changed our snorkeling location to a nearer, more boring one instead of shark point. That was still okay. Then, they cancelled our trip to fisherman's village. We questioned the boat driver, he pointed to the owner. We questioned the owner, he pointed to our travel agent. But the owner's blames does not make sense, we found out the owner tried to cheat us. Why u ask? There were 8 of us. If he cancelled our trip to the fisherman's village, we would have to eat at his cafe. One person would spend around RM20 which would total up to RM160 for me and my friends only. Alas, we were a bunch of smart asses as well, we decided to eat lunch elsewhere instead of his cafe.it's not cool to cheat your...

Firstly I was at cafe and I had ordered some fried rice (thai) with my friends their food came early because they had ordered earlier. But my food hadn't arrived yet and my drink also wasn't here(we ordered drinks). After 30 minutes of waiting for my food and drinks, I was extremely dehydrated and starving. After that my grandmother, started complaining because of the situation I was in. 30 minutes later, it had become one hour. My grandmother had enough and asked the waiter where was my food and drink. The waiter said he would check with the kitchen. Once he came back, he told us that my food was actually out of stock that day. He also told us that my drink was now only being prepared. After arguing with staff, I finished my drink and I head back to my room with my friends. My parents actually ordered the Thai fried rice so I could have dinner. Turns out there was thai fried rice and they just did not give it to us. Also they favoured western people and served the western people who came way after us. Thank you for reading...
