I booked this restaurant as part of my girlfriends birthday meal, I booked a table for 18:45 so we could witness the sunset and have a lovey view of the church perched on the hill. The food & drink here is top quality, we opted for the cocktail menu and had Flower Garden, Don 80, Style it, & strawberry Daiquiri - all of which were served in a unique glass, completely different to each other. The staff here are absolutely superb, our waitress, Anisha, is a credit to One80. She is full of knowledge regarding the menu, made us feel very welcome, and provided us with some of the best service we’ve had since being in Malta - thank you for everything Anisha! For food, we opted for the One80 board (sharing meat platter) the portion size is perfect for sharing, prior to our meat board arriving we had a lovely piece of local Maltese bread, served with olive oil and a local tomato purée sauce. We asked for a break between courses, roughly 30 minutes which was perfect. We both opted for the Rib Eye steak, both of our cuts of meat were good cuts, not much fat, cooked to perfection (medium rare) and seasoned well, we opted to have one portion of chips and one portion of mixed veg. After our main courses were cleared, our waitress asked if we would like to see the dessert menu, and insisted that there’s no rush to order, and to take our time. After a while and a coin toss involved over which dessert to order, my partner ordered the chocolate fondant and I had the chocolate brownie. When the desserts arrived, my partners had a sparkler in it and the waitress wished her a happy birthday, a lovely touch. Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant for the special occasion, the staff will meet your requirements, the drinks are amazing, and the food is top quality. Pricing is more on the expensive side, however, it’s worth paying when you receive top quality service.

We booked this restaurant for our 1 year anniversary dinner after viewing the excellent reviews this restaurant has. Initially we had booked a table on the terrace but we asked if we good have a table inside since it was quite a cold night. The restaurant was very accommodating for giving us a table to our liking inside. The restaurant is super welcoming and has a great ambience - soft lighting and gentle music (at a suitable volume whereby you can hear the music whilst still enjoying a conversation). We were waited by Anisha, who is a credit to One80. She is extremely welcoming and always served us with a smile. She is attentive to every detail and knows the menu well. She was able to explain the specials attentively, by not only describing the plate itself but also the method that the restaurant choose to use. She was also great with helping us choose our food due to dietary restrictions (lactose intolerance) and double checked everything with the kitchen for us to avoid troubles later. She was able to help us choose the wine. Anisha was also very kind to take us our photos. The food here was excellent with great portions and reasonable pricings. The restaurant provides fresh local bread and olive oil as well as homemade hummus for each table to accompany the food that is served. Between each meal we were given some time (approx. 20 mins) we was appreciated. We were given plenty of time and we were given no rush by anyone to order or eat. After dessert we were provided with on the house limoncello which was the perfect way to end our lovely evening. Overall, this restaurant was superb, between the amazing food, and lovely atmosphere, to having the most incredible waitress :) It is a restaurant suitable for any special occasion. Will surely visit again sometime soon. Thank you Anisha and One80 for giving us a splendid evening :)

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a solo lunch herr, and while the cuisine was superb, it was Anita’s exceptional service that truly stood out and made my visit remarkable. Upon entering the restaurant, Anita greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming demeanor that instantly made me feel at ease. She guided me to a cozy table, ensuring I was comfortable and had everything I needed right from the start. Anita’s attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout my meal. Despite dining alone, I never felt neglected or overlooked. She provided excellent menu recommendations, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the dishes and ingredients. Her suggestions were spot-on, enhancing my overall dining experience. What impressed me most was Anita’s ability to anticipate my needs without being intrusive. She was attentive, refilling my water glass promptly and checking in at appropriate intervals to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Her timing was impeccable, allowing me to enjoy my meal and some quiet reflection without unnecessary interruptions. I look forward to returning to [Restaurant Name] and hope to be served by Anita again.

Food a little hit and miss. Mussels starter was a bit disappointing. The sauce was tasty to dunk the bread in but the mussels themselves weren’t great quality. In Malta there have been some great shellfish, big and juicy but they weren’t here :( Most of the mussels were stuck to the shell and so small that once the shell was fully opened it was hard to find one that was the full ticket. A lot were grey instead of a fleshy pink and it was almost like they were frozen or re-cooked. Shame. Portion far too large for a starter and did not finish. Tuna tartare was nice a with avocado and leaves to freshen it up. Meat board was also a mixture. Lamb was quite fatty and hadn’t rendered whilst cooking so just stayed as a blob in the meat. Rump and ribeye cooked well and tasty but just a little more seasoning could have sufficed. Gorgonzola cream sauce not punchy and the chicken schnitzel was a bit tasteless. Lovely cocktails and wine menu. Great service and the views are spectacular on the right table although be mindful that the towns hill obscures the sunset but you do get a great 180° (hence the name) view of the church, the hillside and the sea.

This is fast becoming one of my favourite restaurants in Malta. The execution of the food is outstanding - the chef really knows what they're doing. Everything was cooked perfectly - even the sides were impressively done, with plenty of seasonings to make them taste fantastic. The ambience is very pleasant, the restaurant is spotlessly clean, the furnishings look very high-end, and AC and music were set to a comfortable level. Service was very fast, very attentive and very nice. They deserve 5 stars too. On this occasion it was a weekday so what you're seeing in the pics is the set menu (not available on weekends at the time of writing). We opted for starters of mozzarella in carriggiata and strozzapreti al tonno. For mains we had beef tagliata and veal involtini. For dessert we had imqaret and lemon tart. I was honestly blown away by the food. The little finishing touches really take things to another level - like the parmesan in the rucola salad, the olive oil and herbs in the onion salad, and the honey and icing sugar on the imqaret. We definitely recommend this restaurant.

Situated mid way up the old road joining the town center to the beach. The restaurant has great parking availability in the surrounding area. There are outdoor and indoor seating, with both seating being very large and spacious. You will find a bar as soon as you enter, with comfortable seating along it. Although the place is big, one still feels that their table is secluded due to the creative separations between the tables and the way that the tables are lit. Service was very fast and efficient, the kids at the table were given drawing material to keep them busy. Every table had a tablet to help one choose his wine and beer. Other then that the waiter taking the oder could also show a photo of the food being ordered to the client. For any one who is vegetarian or vegan the restaurant has a good selection of vegan options and a much bigger selection of vegetarian items. They also have an amazing vegan dessert option. One complaint I had was that the size of the vegan dishes where extremely small. Honestly I had to ask for bread three times.
