Try to find a " real" restaurant in Xlendi! It's almost impossible. Xlendi has been overtaken by the tourist trade! Nothing but huge umbrellas and tents for diners on the run! Luckily, there still exists a bright spot away from all the tourists. This spot is called Paradise. Located on a quiet, palm tree lined street,this little eatery is what Xlendi used to be in days gone by. Thank goodness it still exists for the more "down to earth" diners. It's home cooking away from home. Whether it's grilled calamari, fried rabbit, eggplant parmagiano, or a dozen other fresh dishes, the food is cooked to perfection!
