This place struggles for some time now with the attitude of the employees. Had a take-away salad today, no condiments added, my kid went to ask for a bit of salt and was refused?!? Went back myself to ask for salt, the employee mentioned that he usually does not serve salt for salad. Left with a bit of salt in a napkin. Owners: Educate your employees about customer service basics, as prices are increased periodically, but service standards are low. If you are selling your products takeaway, please consider offering the same set of condiments (salt sachets, pepper sachets, oil sachets, etc) as for a dine-in experience. PS: same employee that refused to give additional salt for the salad, was very rude to our kids, telling them twice to shut up, while we were queuing to order. The kids were talking (like kids do). The service was okay, but not particularly memorable. The staff were polite and attentive, but there was nothing exceptional about the service. Overall, while Dixie's may be a decent option for a quick drink, it's not a place I would recommend for a relaxing or enjoyable outing. There are other bars in the area that offer a cleaner and more...
Read moreOn a beautifully sunny day by the sea, my wife and I discovered Dixie‘s Kiosk. This spot offers an impressively large selection of food and drinks, and we decided to try a local FTIRA. The value for money here is exceptional, and the portion sizes are absolutely generous.
I ordered the Dixie Special FTIRA with cheese, bacon, egg, sausage, and ham, paired with a side of extra fries. My wife opted for the Tuna FTIRA with chips. To complement our meal, we both enjoyed two bottles of Kinnie. Everything was incredibly delicious.
The breathtaking view of the sea made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this kiosk to everyone. The value for money is simply unbeatable, and the food...
