Just the Worst Mentality in Malta. If I could rank their service with âminusâ stars, I would.
They want only close friends, Maltese and people who want to have ârelationshipsâ.
After a bill of 10meals+ 25beers in 3hours, the âmanagerâ requested to moved us, not in an other table, just to âmoved usâ. Also, the same guy told us when we asked him politely to moved us in a different table that there are âother bars in Malta, and go thereâ. I wish that we were drunk to make fun of the situation. Unfortunately, we werenât.
Apart form that, all the tables are âreservedâ for customers who âthe managerâ knows them. Jokers.
Learn some basics in customer service and then start manager a place. Also, Travel a little bit, see how others treat customers. If you donât want, just say in advance that you do business only with the locals or with your friends.
Ah⊠and a business proposal. When someone asks you to make reservation, pay 5euros and provide a number, Facebook is not for reservations.

The whole thing lacked seasoning and effort. For the price I paid, I couldâve had a massive, delicious burger at a real burger joint and for less money.
The one star Iâm giving is only because the atmosphere and music are genuinely great. Sadly, there was no live music today (which was one of the reasons I came), but Iâll give them another chance in the future for the experience. However, when it comes to the food, my rating is fully...

The location is beautiful and the overall vibe is very nice â definitely a spot with great potential. Unfortunately, the management leaves a lot to be desired.
There is no drinks menu available. When I asked at the bar, I was told I had to ask the bartender directly. This means you cannot consult the full offer or see any prices, which doesnât feel transparent. Without a menu, there is also no guarantee that customers are not being overcharged.
For the food, there is at least a chalkboard menu, but again, this is not very clear or professional compared to a proper menu.
Itâs a shame, because the setting is great, but until the management improves transparency and organization, the experience...
